This is the first DD (my 6th?) that I have had an AMAZING amount of energy!! I have been so hyper all day...is this the energy everyone talks about having with JUDDD?

How long did it take for it to kick in for you?

Took me about 6 weeks---and that includes how long it took for the appetite suppression to occur as well.

I'm at 4 weeks and have pretty good energy, but not the levels I keep hearing about. I'm exercising though, and didn't have the energy to do that a few weeks ago, so it's going in the right direction.

i think this week i have started to finally start feeling the energy. I have been doing JUDDD really well for almost 2 wks. I was doing it before but with the holidays in there i wasnt doing it to its full extent. Too many UD's and not enough DD's...lol

Thanks, Ladies for all your responses. I hope it is not a fluke thing. But I also hope my body adjusts too it some because I could NOT, for the life of me, fall asleep last night!
