You know, reading these posts about what everyone is eating always instantly makes me hungry! I spent so much at the grocery store today because I read everyone's UD menus....and bought one of everything.

DD

I so intended to do a full fast today, but came home from bowling and was ravenous.

So made a OMM real quick and that calmed the hungries for a bit then had an egg white omelet w/tuna and peppers.

Really trying for as few calories as possible, so will bone up on the broth and water today.

An easy DD for me. Yeah! Didn't get hungry much at all today but it helped that we were out most of the day shopping...kept me preoccupied.

B: Coffee, sugar sub., 2T Lactel (milk)
L: Shared a small apple with my daughter
D: 1/4 Pizza, 2 Granola cookies

Calories: 506 - Enjoyed every one of 'em, too!
I love seeing how everyone enjoys eating here!!

Well I ended up having a 900 calorie DD or close to it, lol. I was only at 350 calories until about 6:30 when I had some of my meatloaf, green beans and mashed potatoes. Then an apple.

I had some left over beef roast. DH asked if I'd make a sort of hash with that. So I cut it up and added chopped onions and cut up potatoes and butter, salt & pepper, etc. It turned out so good that I forgot I wanted to fast totally today and decided I'd join him for supper.
Even ate a couple of little wheat dinner rolls with a bit of butter.

Since I wasn't expecting to eat, I didn't measure out anything that went into the meal. ****** pegs my guesstimates at just over 700 calories, so not too bad for a maintenance DD number, especially considering it was a meat and potatoes and bread kind of meal. Just the kind that DH loves. He's a meat and potatoes kind of guy.
