People think that a low calorie fasting day will be so impossibly hard to do, but I think that's just because they don't know how quickly our tummy/brain hungry signals can be altered so that we don't feel all that hungry on DDs after awhile. And they don't know what foods to eat on their DDs to feel quite comfortable and full on those few calories.
I'm so happy to hear that you are moving right along! Be prepared to have to buy all new small sizes to fill you closet back up!
