Hi guys, just thought I would post about my first day. It was easier than I thought although I did get really hungry right before dinner but made some hot tea.. I am going to keep my first few DDs at 700 until I get in the habit of being on JUDDD any lower than that right now would probably make me nuts.. for those of you who do get under that 500 :notwrthy: I hope at some point I get there lol

Heres todays foods, Tea for breakfast 14.36 calories

Lunch at 1pm was egg drop soup( 1 egg) and a salad 151.5 total for both

Snack 1 laughing cow cheese wedge (sun dried tomato basil mozz cheese)
and 9 whole grain crispbread crackers for a total of 70 calories

Tea again because I was hungry lol 14.36 calories

Dinner was chicken breast, quinoa and cauliflower for 362 calories

total 612.22 so I have a few extra if I need a snack later or hot tea

Excellent! I started out doing higher calories and then was able to really start lowering them. Those DDs get easier and easier. I look forward to them now.

Don't forget--most of us who get under 500 either did more than 500 at first and worked our way down, or did around 500 for about 3-4 weeks before being able to get UNDER 500. (at least it was that way for me.):laugh:

Great first day! I don't remember what I ate or how many calories, because
I wasn't recording it when I started. I didn't start keeping records until about
Day 5 or 6.
