Yikes..just set up my summer workout plan!
 
Now that I am at my goal weight and maintaining with JUDDD I really want to tone up !! I am a runner but feel like I really need to cross train more and work on my arms, abs, ect.

So I just finished my plan leading up to the pool opening for memorial day. No motovation like being in a bathing suit in front of your friends and neighbors !!

I hope I am not biting off more then I can chew but I think I will be ok. My plan is

Running wise
April 1st -1/2 marathon (my second 1/2). Training starts next week
May 1st -10 mile race (my second time doing this)
June - my first Mud Run, a big reason why I need to work more on my upper body!

Training beyond running

1/8 to 2/6 - 30 day Shred DVD
2/7 to 3/7 - Ripped in 30 DVD
3/8 to 4/19 - Butt Bible DVD
4/20 to 6/1 - 6 week 6 pack DVD

all looks great but burst out laughing as soon as i read butt bible! Never heard of that one before, but sounds like sth i should try

I never heard on it either but a couple people on ************ have done it with great results. Especially for the area under your butt...too much fat and cottage cheese there for my liking. I was impressed with some before and after photos so want to try it in the hopes of wearing a regular bathing suit bottom instead of a skirt this year !

I have heard good things about that one and the Brazilian butt lift. I have gotten hooked on kickboxing. Turbojam is amazing! And if you like dvds check out Kelly Coffey Meyer. She has some amazing workouts. I have 3 of her dvds and they are awesome. Core fusion is also great for the butt and thighs. I have their glutes and thighs dvd. I don't do it enough though. Im one that thinks of im sweating my ass of im not getting a good workout...lol it is a hard workout and I do swear some but not like doing boxing or kickboxing or just major cardio. Your routine looks good. I wish there was anyway possible I could ever wear a bathing suit or just normal shorts. I have some extra skin on my thighs and butt and im just to jiggly. I would give anything for a full body lift!

i know EXACTLY what you mean...even at my lowest weight (127 or so) I still had a saggy butt with too much orange peel for my liking..

looking it up online, but(t) where are those before & after pics for motivation!?

ah and just looked at your stats - you were in the same shoes as me some time ago! congrats on your weight loss! How long did it take you and did you lose most of it while doing atkins?

Search the community forum on mysitnesspal for Butt Bible and they should come up.

I started out at about 140 and lost 10lbs with atkins and maintained that pretty well for many years BUT I was afraid to eat over induction level net carbs and always felt like I would gain if I did eat carbs. So for many years I did atkins/vlc and was really still never at my ideal weight.

I finally in October 2011 decided to try HCG to get from 130 to my goal of 120.
I started HCG at 131 and at my lowest when I was done HCG was 117. I am now happy to be eating carbs with no restriction and seem to be maintain around 120with JUDDD !!
