Love your new avatar photo, Dawn!
FD for me. Black coffee so far. Not sure what I'll have later. Maybe finish up the leftover taco salad if there's any left. Might go to the grocery store later for things I didn't get earlier in the week. Reading that thread on cabbage made me hungry for a family dish my Mom always made and I sometimes do - cabbage + potatoes + polish or italian sausage cooked together with lots of melted butter and black pepper to season! Mmmm. |

Never mind - it is 5pm here - and I've had just over 300 cals so far. So I will see what the food is tonight!! B: Coffee!!! 1/2 smoked salmon sandwich L: most of a slice of ham S: a SF caramel drop sweet Planning to hit around 800 - 1000 - which is really a MD - but 981 still falls intot 45% for me. |

I'm having a free day with a potluck party tonight. I'll be eating anything and everything since I hit a new low today that is below my maintenance range! Gotta add some meat on my bones
I'll probably eat around 2000-2600 calories but I'm not counting today. |

holy cow, 1/2 cup whipped cream is A LOT and very filling!
After "learning to make" whipped cream over the holidays, I will never buy another container of Cool Whip. I just pour some whipping cream into the mixing bowl, add some sweetener if desired, some flavoring if desired (such as vanilla) and beat on high until it stiffens enough. It's divine with berries and other fruit, or spread on whatever dessert you were going to use Cool Whip for. |

MD for me
Half a cup of kashi cereal with half cup of almond milk before I went to the gym Actual breakfast was 2 boiled eggs, a small piece of ham and and a quarter cup of Greek yogurt Lunch was a can of tuna with 1T light map and mustard over romaine lettuce and 8 popcorn chips Dinner will be 1 tilapia fleet and a whole bag of green giant steamed broccoli Snacks of gluc pudding, some cut up veggies and a little over half of a Otis smunkmeyer sugar cookie Also had a small sf vanilla nonfat latte from McDonald's this morning I will be at about 1100. I like having glass of wine on the weekends so I may have a small glass of red wine. That will add about 100 cals. MD for me should be about1200 so I should be ok. I also went to the gym this morning and did 20 min on the treadmill random hills and 20 min on the elliptical random hills, burned about 400 calories. This afternoon I went for a walk around our park. The full trail is 2 miles and then another mile there and back so I did a lot today.

And, I brought the desert - home-made apple pie from scratch - which I must eat otherwise they might wonder if I am trying to poison them. Mwahahah. Just kidding...but I did feel obliged. Sooo, that said, ****** says I ate a wopping 799 calories!! Ugh...Low UD for me tomorrow, I think. |

I cannot believe I ate a while bag of steamed broccoli! But it was totally awesome. Tilapia filet blackened and a whole bag of broccoli with salt and pepper. Awesome dinner and 180 calories!
