It's Thursday, what are you eating today?
B: Coffee w/almond milk
D: 2 egg omelet w/2 cups fresh spinach, 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms and a slice of borden fat free american cheese
S: 4oz boneless skinless chicken breast on the foreman grill(salt, pepper, garlic powder, tomato slices, olive oil spritz) and 4 cups sauteed fresh spinach

Approx 386 cals, so some room to snack if needed.

UD for me.

Breakfast: pumpkin farl with bacon relish (approx. 190 cals)

Lunch: tomato soup and oat cracker (approx 160 cals)

Dinner: Beano pie with vegetables (approx. 450 cals)

Snacks may include more oat cracker with some cheese and maybe some fruit.

Really ate those calories yesterday, so not hungry today. Yea!

Plan is Diet soda/water as needed. DH bought some kale the other day "because it looked good", so I may make some kale chips to snack on if I need to.

If I really need it, I'm making garlic lime chicken for dinner and may have some of that.

I think I ate like 4000 calories yesterday. So today is DD and the plan is to just drink tea and fast today.

I have a dinner at my father's girlfriend's tonight. I just plan to be social and not eat. We'll see. Dh said he'd sneak food off my plate for me. Whataguy!!

Woke up starving and eating my top sheet.

Had a great DD yesterday. Nailed it on the caloric head, which felt good.
Down a half pound.

UD today. Yippee!
B: coffee with peppermint chemical creamer
L: 2 small GF dinner rolls: 1 with Neufchatel and SF jelly, 1 with homemade marinara and 1 oz. PS mozz.
D: Something with sweet potatoes, big salad with my favorite high fat dressing (Annie's Goddess) and a bowl of organic Christmas beans simmering with ham hock

Been off wine during the week to eat more of my cals rather than drinking them. Looking forward to breaking that fast on Friday...but it's my DD, so I might have to wait till Saturday. Any suggestions? :confused:

I am kinda all over the place right now. This past week, I have been doing alot of MD's which I suppose it going to happen today (DH bday) as well as I need a DD tomorrow so I can have a UD on Sat. (family event). I will be glad to get back on track tomorrow.

Up day:

Lunch: 4 egg omelette, with ham and cheese, buttered toast, 2 slices of bacon, half a tomato, some havarti, and a few squares of chocolate!

Supper: BBQ chicken (it's in the crock pot and smells so good!), garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, and freshly made cheese biscuits.

late snack: Deviled eggs, celery, cucumber slices with laughing cow cheese wedges.

= 2400 calories

Today was a great DD! I was actually full most of the day. I found the cabbage/meat/LC recipe and it is awesome! So versatile and filling but LOW cal. Love it! Cottage cheese is a filler-upper for me, too. :)

It's a DD - but is going to be my highest DD ever!!!

S: Cup of Tea with skimm milk (15)
D: Roast Chicken breast & Green beans - the others are all having roast dinner!

I only have 178 for the dinner if I use 500 - so may be hitting 600 today!!

Finally got my behind to the grocery store! :)

Having one of my favorite easy summertime meals when our garden tomatoes are on, except these are store tomatoes...

cottage cheese, chopped tomatoes, evoo, balsamic vinegear, salt & pepper, and I put in several slices of chopped deli ham too.

B:toast with peanut butter, 2 pieces of Swiss cheese, 1/2 FF Greek plain yogurt with 1 tsp SF smuckers jam mixed in.

L: 2 soft chicken tacos, no cheese

S: 1 FF Hebrew hot dog in a pita pocket

D: I promised my son take out food so maybe a bigmac & small fry!

I'm not a big dessert person, so that'll be it.

about an ounce of cheddar cheese and some prunes earlier, just because i was babysitting and they were leftover from the kiddos. tonight, i had a cup of nonfat greek yogurt, a scoop of protein powder, and a piece of double fiber bread (toasted). clocking in at 493 cals

OMM for breakfast with cream cheese on to and a quarter cup of cottage cheese
Gluc pudding for snack
Lunch was a can of tuna with 2T light Mao and mustard over spinach, a boiled egg and some broccoli
Small of small apple, zucchini slices
Dinner was two salad with lean ground beef, guacamole, sour cream, romaine, salsa, jalapenos, ranch
Mary have a piece of low carb cheesecake later
I had 1 butter cookie, about 5 m & ms and 1 mini dark three marketers

I'll be about 1800 today

Hi Liz! Sorry I just realized this was for me...I skim too much when I read! :stars:

Here's how I make my stir-fry:

Chop up 2 strips of bacon (90 cal) and fry in a small pan. Add two cups of shredded bagged cabbage (20) and let that cook down. When it's pretty wilted, I add two laughing cow lite Swiss cheese wedges (70) and mash them in until they're combined. I add a Tbls of hwc (50) and a Tbls of parmesan cheese (20) and mix it all together. I also will sometimes add a few pinches of dried minced onion. I eat this topped with two Tbls of reduced fat sour cream (40).

Since I substituted reduced fat sour cream for the regular sour cream I usually use, the total calories for tonight's stir-fry was actually 290 calories. I love eating nothing (basically) all day so I can have a yummy dinner that includes regular bacon and other yummies. :yummy:

My total calories for today are 349, as I also skipped my afternoon cocoa.

My first day of JUDDD!

Btw starting on an UD is super fun because you can eat (mostly) what you want and call it a diet!

Today was more of an UD than I will usually have since it was my hubbies birthday!

L-3 small "anyitizer" chicken courdon bleu
Lettuce with cheese, bacon crumbles, tomato, cukes, FF balsamic dressing

D-Wings, jalepeno poppers, spinach dip

skipped bday cake! lol I'm sure my first DD will go smoothly after eating so much today!
