Okay, I have 40 more pounds to lose (I think, I've never been this low since I was a kid/early teen), but there were pics taken last night that I look relatively skinny in so I wanted to share a during/halfway, if that's all right with y'all.

Before, this is June 2011. I chose it because I am wearing a high-waisted skirt (a flattering style for me at any overweight weight, as I hold lots of weight in my belly). It is actually the same skirt!! I may have gained some weight over the summer before I started JUDDD in September, but I don't know because I didn't weigh before I started dieting. In September, I weighed 240 pounds.

After. This is last night, so January 2011. We had a wedding themed party and my sister and her friend "got married." I have a goofy face on but I was so surprised at how thin I look. Yeeeee. I weighed 200 even yesterday morning. I am halfway to my somewhat arbitrary goal!

but i AM inspired by everyone here and feeling a bit discouraged...HOWEVER knowing how well everyone else has progressed and done so well gives me such hope!!! i WILL get it done...i will!

Thank you! I'm used to a plan that's 800-1000 calories a day, so the 500 won't be too hard. It's the 2000 calories on UD that's gonna be a challenge!

Hi Lori! The first DD is hard but you can do it! Drink broth, bouillon, or diet Swiss Miss if you get too hungry.
