It's Tuesday - what are you eating today?

B: coffee w/almond milk (35 cals)
D: 3oz tilapia, 3oz shrimp, in tomato sauce over riced cauliflower (220cals)
S: tuna and romaine w/bragg's vinegar (210 cals, 2 packs tuna)

I'm increasing my protein on DD's to (hopefully) get over the munchies later in the day.

B: coffee w/ HWC (60), 2 eggs scrambled (140)
L: tortilla w/ cheese, tomato (370)
D: pork w /peanut butter, peppers, onions, spices (great recipe!) (600)
S: brownie (170)

1300 so far. This is where I get the urge to snack to fill in some of the calorie deficit, and end up going over. Hopefully I can be more mindful about that if I log it here.

UD for me although the stormy-weather induced migraine may intervene later and mean that I don't each much.

Breakfast: porridge with yoghurt (approx. 200 cals)

Lunch: Lancashire cheese with oatcakes and apple (approx. 350 cals)

Dinner: Beano pie (approx. 550 cals) (haricot beans, bacon and onion in a tomato sauce with a little cheese, topped by mashed roasted butternut squash and parsnip - a little grated cheese on top)

Snacks: maybe a kiwi fruit (approx. 100 cals), vegetable soup (approx. 120 cals)

Br: coffee with cream, digestive biscuit (blood sugar was very low this morning, so I splurged on carbs)
L: Venison sausage, coleslaw, veggie medley
Sn: apple or tangerine
D: Eat out at Bible Study -- will keep it "sensible"

Aiming for 1600 cal / 75 carb / 80 protein

Feels good to feel good today after being sick all day yesterday, and now I'm on a FD to boot! :)

Black coffee so far.

Have no idea what I'll have later. We need to get to the grocery store. I was trying to hold off one more day so I don't have to go out in the cold, lol, but I may go later anyway.

This is my first DD -- got on the scale this morning and if THAT didn't give me incentive to do this, I don't know what would!!! Figuring out breakfast was difficult but I had coffee w/splenda and a 1/2t of powdered creamer and DaVinci's SF Caramel and half a banana; lunch will be yogurt and a Special K bar, and dinner will be green salad with a bit of chicken. I am assuming I will be drinking a lot of chai tea as well. Oh, and the other half of banana for an afternoon snack. I should be OK, looking forward to tomorrow already!!

Enjoyed a snack of pickled onions, red peppers, one piece of Laughing Cow, 2 GG Crackers and a T of salsa. Under 80 cals. And a diet come, devil that I am!

D: 3 Wasa crackers, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 c. tuna, med. tomato, Fanta Zero

Then: Options Belgian Hot Chocolate (later - not straight after!!)
D: Hot Arrabiata Sauce, with prawns, broccoli, roasted peppers and shirataki noodles

I'm at around 380 for the day!!! Will most probably have some sugar free jelly I have made later - for another 8 cals!!

About 4 p.m. I had 4 Wasa crackers (my DH calls them cardboard, lol) with generous topping of cream cheese and a couple slices of bacon broken up over them.

I just ate 4 WW cracker with Marmite, unusual for me to get hungry this late on a DD, but last night we only ate a salad. It was a big salad but I am used to more protein and fat in my evening meal, and I think that helps to see me through the DD.

So closer to 500 now, still fine.

Total without the evening snack: 643 Calories. This leaves me with 107 calories left from my 750 DD calories for a snack later if I want one. :up:

I think I need to come up with an easy, low cal snack for mid-afternoon for future DDs, I was seriously starving around 3:30 this afternoon.
