Start Date: 12/26/11
DD for me today:
B= scrambled eggbeaters with 1 tbl of bacon pieces
L= scrambled eggbeaters with chopped Hebrew 97% less fat hotdog
D=homemade vegetable soup, 1/2 pita, 1 cup FF greek,plain yogurt

I wasn't really too hungry this 3rd DD of mine; however, I AM looking forward to scrambled eggs that come in a shell in the morning and toast/butter/SF jam! Who knows for lunch & dinner! This really makes me feel gratitude every other day for the delish food I get to eat now!!

My first down day, I could have done a lot better with my food choices but we skipped grocery day today (son has the flu) so my cupboards are getting bare!

B: none, fasted through it
L: 190 cals worth of veggie soup
D: 1 can of tuna, 1 tablespoon low fat mayo, 1 crispbread, 2 wedges of laughing cow light cheese
Snack: 100 cal pack of popcorn

Total is 508 calories, oops.

UD/FD for me so no calorie counting.

B....egg beater, slice of bacon, bagel thin toasted w/butter
L....salami and provolone cheese with FF casear dressing on a piece of french baguette (I LOVE JUDDD)!
D....Stuffed pork roast w/veggie medley, salad
S....Too many throughout the day!

Looking forward to a REALLY good DD tomorrow!
