thanks mayleesa! i appreciate it the compliment! i have been frustrated by slower loss lately, but i know exactly where it's coming from (overeating some UDs and some failed DDs) so i have the tools to pick the loss back up!

i dont think i have any specific tips! something that was crucial for me to figure out was waiting to eat on DDs. eating just seems to trigger hunger/munchies/low self control for me. i like to save me cals for one big meal, or one largeish meal and a snack near the end of the day. something else i love is going for walks in the afternoon on my down days--that's when i'm most likely to be hungry and walking suppresses my appetite and burns cals!

still working out, not as well lately. i'm actually a little worried i have achilles tendonitis... :( i really want to get back into my sprinting routine so i'm *hoping* that is not it. i'm not doing any real strength training lately. i have decided that for now, i want to try and lose 20-25 more pounds, then take a break and build some muscle, then diet down to whatever weight feels good!

Hi Pat,

Love this JUDDD forum - so far I am loving this WOE still getting use to eating what I want on the Up days. What surprises me is that I'm not pigging out, lol. I did lose 4.4 lbs the 1st week, very surprised but happy :-). I finally feel like I will reach my goal with this WOE because I do not feel deprived at all.
