Had a very late weigh in yesterday, and an early weigh in today, so that's why it stayed the same. Around the same time yesterday I was 230.8. I guess I should weigh myself in one time frame every day to get an exact view of what I've lost/gained.

Also, didn't drink enough on my DD and had a late diner. But, no gains yet, so I'll take it! On regular LC I kept on gaining and losing all the time.

i'm not a goal oriented person, really, other than a specific weight to be achieved whenever it happens. but i think i would like my maintenance goal range to be 125-130.

1/9/12 - MD - 132.4
1/10/12 - DD - didn't weigh
1/11/12 - UD - 133.2
1/12/12 - DD - 132.2 (493 cals, not counting the 2-3 T of coconut oil i had thruout the day)

I am a little up today. Pretty sure it is ovulation-related. In all my years of tracking my weight, it seems I lose pretty easily for the first 2 weeks of my cycle, and then slow/no weightloss for the second 2 weeks.

This is another thing I like about this plan.. it's that if you pause in really doing it for a bit, it is completely forgiving about your sin, and when you start back up again, JUDDD just starts back up too. No week to get going. Just start in.

I rarely go off plan, but have been known to climb far above the ceiling of a given day. And that's all I'm going to admit to!

When I first saw today's weight I thought I was surely GAINING, but maybe not. It does look like a tiny bit of an upward trend to me, though. This week I've started fasting completely on my DDs and eating more carbs on my UDs. I'm going to keep going until it's clear what's going on because I DO WANT TO BE ABLE TO EAT CARBS! Of course, that's probably the addict in me talking.
