Chona, I am the same way - my body reflects what I ate two days prior. My water retention and carb bloat show up a day late on me which has tricked me into thinking "Hey, eating three pounds of M&Ms didn't move the scale at all - guess I will do it again today!"
That mentality has been one of my downfalls.

I really have to count the calories and keep tabs on my measurements/portions here. I think some may have more leeway, but I wasn't one of them. Rats!

I hope you see weight loss soon.

Are you measuring your foods and portions? Are you counting and tracking your calories? Are you staying below your calorie numbers for both Down and Up Days? Is your UD calorie number set correctly?

Hmmm.... can't think of anything else, or I'd try to add it. LOL

So far, almost mid-month, I am realizing that my goal for January is probably off, unless my body decides to kick in and start responding to JUDDD. I gained this month. Still up 1.5 lbs. But I am not discouraged. I will forge on.

I am up 0.6 after yesterday's DD. Why .. who knows? Could be because I started working out like a fiend this week. Could be delayed water retention from carbs. Could be TOM in it's way.

I do know that as long as I see the scale move in the right direction at the end of the month, I'm heading in the right direction.
