OK, my weight goal is to maintain within a 10lb range of 240 until January 25th.

I'm restarting JUDDD, had to stop cuz of weight loss was too much for radiation treatment.

Goal for January 189 (which i looked up this morning will put me in just the overweight BMI instead of obese BMI)

so far so good, down 2.8 lbs only 5.8 to go.

My goal for January is to maintain between 118-120 (testing out if my 3lb window is doable or if I need to up my 120 alittle higher. I do not want to go below 118)

Isn't that a fun thing?!!! Once you start back in, JUDDD just starts working again. I think that's part of what makes JUDDD such an easy plan to do for life.

Wow so many of you are about to meet your January goals already and it's only the 6th!

January goal - maintain 112-115. I'm loving JUDDD for maintenace! I'm finding I just need 3 good DDs per week and I can keep in my range

Julie, I want to ask you...Do you have set days for your DDs? Sounds like you really have it set up well. This is giving me some good ideas for when DH and I are in maintenance.

There must have been some serious good vibes in the air last night for great dates...me, too! (Even after almost 18 years of marriage )

That's so sweet you had a great date with your hubby Seriously you DO look like you are in your 20's. You have a very cute figure.

As for averaging 3 DDs a week lately, I don't have set DDs like MWF. I sometimes do two UDs in a row and sometimes a mid day. I always plan to go in UD/DD rotation but if I have a party or date or potluck or whatever, I'm NOT going to do a DD. I also see a lot of dinner dates in my future So far it's working for me. It just has turned out that I have had a lot of social occasions in the last couple of months. Today is a DD but tomorrow I'm going to a potluck party and have a free day. I still try to estimate my calories and not get too crazy. I've been counting most UDs though. Most of my DDs are below 500 calories but today it was 642. I'm loving the freedom and flexibilty that I'm getting away with!

I changed my UD to FD because that is really what I do on usual UD's. So far I am ok with how it is going even though I am over my 120 max at times, I will wait and see how the trend goes for the month before starting to count calories on UD's.
