All my weigh ins are the morning after a DD:

1/12 The day before I started JUDDD, coming from low carb- 174.3

First WI after day one DD 1/14 - 172.4

In between the weights have been up and down since I had several social occasions which made some UDs higher than they should have been, BUT my DDs never go above 500 and are often between 350 and 400, with as many as I can near or at my allottment - 341

I won't bore you with every WI, but here are the most recent.
1/21-172.7
1/23-174.9
1/25-173.3
1/27-173
1/29/-174.4
1/31-173.3

So as of this morning I am down net 1 pound.

I won't put down a woe that so many love, and that I think, in theory, is a good idea, but I could have lost at LEAST that much in that amount of time by following my old LC ways, and I wouldn't have been hungry half the time ! I still stay pretty low carb-my average for the time I've been here is around 55.

The health advantages mean less to me than to some others-I already feel great!

Here is something I don't understand, straight from the JUDD website-he doesn't mention amounts for the UDs, only that you shouldn't stuff yourself. So although I understand, calorie wise, that going over shouldn't be done, he doesn't give any perameters, as such. The calculator does, though, so that seems to be a discrepancy. I hope someone will set me right...

I started about the same time as you, and am also only down 1 net pound. The DD's are actually not bad for me, so I plan to continue for a bit and see if it is just taking longer for my metabolism to kick in.

Prior to JUDDD, it was common for me to only get 1100 cal/day. Not on purpose, that's just what eating to satiety with paleo got me. So I'm wondering if my metabolism just slowed way down (because at that level, I should have still been losing, and yet had been stalled for a month then too).

I do understand your frustration. I haven't even had any way out UD's to blame.

so didn't quite make my goal, but only .6 from it at the end of the month. i attempted to do a juice fast, but only made it a day and a half and i ended up eating to much prior to it because i was kind of freaked about doing without food. think i am sticking to JUDDD and just gonna incorporate some juice into my day to day to get my fruit and veggies in. might try the fast again when i am more mentally prepared for it.
