1/23/12 - MD - 135.6 (not too bad considering i had 3 UD's in a row and TOM arrived. now to get this back down to my weights earlier in the month...not sure what happened there. weight's been up since i had to eat out twice last monday. just gonna keep doing my thing)
1/24/12 - DD - 135.4 (i walked and did weights yesterday)
1/25/12 - UD - 133.6 (walked yesterday)
1/26/12 - DD - 134.0 (walked and did weights yesterday. only a 0.4 gain after an UD is pretty cool, with a fair amount of carbs, to boot!)
1/27/12 - UD - 132.8 (walked and did weights yesterday)
1/28/12 - UD - no weight, will be in hospital with noah

My goal for January is to maintain between 118-120 (testing out if my 3lb window is doable or if I need to up my 120 alittle higher. I do not want to go below 118)

I haven't posted in here in a long time!

January goal - maintain 112-115. I'm loving JUDDD for maintenace! I'm finding I just need about 3 good DDs per week and I can keep in my range. Actually I'm having to do Up Days yesterday, today, and tomorrow due to a date and then lunch with a friend. But I'm not worried! I think I'll only get 2 DDs in for the week for the first time ever.

Around the 20th of the month I started upping my calories because I had hit an all time low. My calories are really all over the place but it's working for me.

mattsmama I guess I am the downer.... after being on JUDD since 1/13, I have lost net 0....weighed this am after a perfect DD of 343, and am up 1.3-the night before was around 2100 (estimated-party).

I am going to try real hard to keep those UDs at 1700-no place to go for the next two weeks!!-and my DDs continue to do well, even though I am lightheaded and head achey on them, but after that, I may give up the ghost...two weeks of hunger for nothing.....

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling a bit on this woe.
Let me ask, do you exercise at all? I am very active every day, whether it is a formal workout at my gym, or walking and biking at home, plus I stay very busy around the house. While I do not believe that exercise accounts for the majority of calories burned, I do believe that it makes a huge difference in how we feel, and perhaps gives JUDDD a little boost.
I would bring down those UD numbers like you said, to 1700 or so. If you are light-headed and having a difficult time getting through the DD, then by all means, up your calories on DDs to where you feel like you can begin to get used to them. Some folks here start with 700 and work their way down until they find a number they can live with. And even then, they find that some days, they can go even lower.
This woe should never feel like punishment. You must pay attention to your body's needs, while using the UD/DD rotation tools to get to your desired weight.
Hope this little advice helps! I would love to see you give yourself a fighting chance at making this very easy woe work for you!

Don't mind sharing a bit....

I do FD's every other Friday, as that is our Family Night Out. We always choose a restaurant and maybe a movie or something fun to do. (Keeps us having fun, yet still on a budget )

So, every other Friday, I will start out with a light breakfast, usually a couple of eggs with ham or something. Maybe make a breakfast burrito.

Hubs and I usually go on our own little "date" during the day while DS is at school. We almost always eat out, but usually something small, like a burger and fries, or a salad bar. Nothing big here, either.

Dinner time is when we have whatever we want. We always pick a well-loved restaurant, and I never, ever worry about counting calories. We just went to our favorite local Mexican place Friday, and I had fish tacos that came with a side of rice and fries (I know, weird...low-carbers would have a fit )

I would say that all in all, my FDs are usually around 2100 to 2200 calories. I never skimp on my FDs!! But I am also finding that I need more calories on my UDs in general to keep the weight loss going. I am now eating at least 2,000 calories each and every UD.

I know this is not very specific. I have such a large repetoire of food it is hard to nail down one menu. Hope this is what you wanted to know...
