My goal for January is to maintain between 118-120 (testing out if my 3lb window is doable or if I need to up my 120 alittle higher. I do not want to go below 118)

Try not to get too frustrated with the "JUDDD bounce". If you look at my numbers, they do the same. I am definitely a mid-cycle "staller", plus sometimes a gain right before TOM. For me, I do stall if I don't eat plenty on my UD's. Your clothes should be getting looser soon. Sometimes we must go by that, although I realize that's not much of a comfort.

I don't know what calorie numbers you are sticking to for your UDs and DDs, but it looks like you are already averaging less this week than last. And the more you get *into* this, the better you will do... the better you will do at sticking to your numbers, the better you will do at weight loss, and the better you will do at fitting into smaller sizes! It's just a matter of getting into it, and then keeping on with it! Let's all think Skinny! Spring is just around the corner!

i'm not a goal oriented person, really, other than a specific weight to be achieved whenever it happens. but i think i would like my maintenance goal range to be 125-130.

I do feel that my bras and jeans a looser and I dont feel as ravenous as I used to be on UD!! Beginning to feel quiet good and Im reading the book which is very interesting

I am stuck. Stuck, stuck, stuck. My partner and I sat down yesterday and really took a look at what we were eating on both UDs and DDs. UDs were a little out of control and I really need to work on getting my DDs down closer to 500.
I also need to work out! I have a set of kettlebells that I enjoy using and that's the other half of my goal this week - to by completely "by the book" in eating and see my results then.

Janet I'm in the same boat! My UD have been too much and so have my low days. I was so close yesterday, then at 10pm I couldn't resist and ate some cake and went to bed disgusted at myself. I started doing my plank again but I only do it to keep my shoulder pain free (trapped nerve)

Now I think I am going to reset my goal and try for 185. not sure if i can do it, but that would be 5 lbs in 7 days which is kind of alot, but I have seen it before. Gotta give myself crazy goals to keep pushing myself.
