So I have 195 calories for dinner
well ended up starving and was still at work and didn't have any snacks with me so i had some baked chips.

still hungry, not sure why i am so hungry today. oddly enough i am on day six of my period and it has never lasted this long, so part of me is curious if that has to do with it.

dinner ended up being a side salad with lite balsamic viniagrette and one slice of cheese pizza from little ceasars cuz i am so hungry and to tired to cook.

I kinda went native over the holiday week...I only landed one real DD and two MDs. I indulged in way too many treats too often, and my scale let me know it. I am not panicking, though, as I would have in years past...JUDDD will be my savior.

Yesterday was a solid DD:

B: None
L: Shredded lettuce & meat salad (195)
S: A couple spoonfuls of spinach dip (80)
D: One egg over easy w/ toast and a yogurt (215)
S: Peppermint mocha cocoa (30)

My total for the day was 520 and this morning I am down 2.2 lbs.

Happy New Year, BUDDDs!

It's called "Just 100 Calories" by Gina Steer, published by Love Food (Parragon Press). I found it in my local Barnes & Noble in the bargain book section. Hope you find it, because it's great!

ETA: if you get the book, it's worth checking the calories in some of the recipes. For example, one of their salmon recipes seems inaccurate on the calories, bearing in mind they allow 6oz of salmon per portion, but most seem about right.
