I'm starting a weight loss challenge with my BF...
 
WTH am I thinking??? :dunno: I'm challenging both of us to lose 15 lbs by Valentines day. Is that reasonable? In my head it sounds reasonable, but I'm not sure if it's likely? However, should I be successful, I'm at 156 now, it would put me at 141, which is the highest weight I can be to be in a "healthy" BMI. I think if I stick to eating as clean as possible and working out at a good pace, I should be fine. Am I crazy for doing this? :hyst:

6 weeks is reasonable, but don't bet anything you don't want to lose because your body may have different ideas lol ;)

i would love 15lbs down by valentines....2 days after that i'm going to Mardi Gras in Nawlins so i'm in....i wish i could tell ya where i'm starting off from however, being so sick i'm all over the place with weight, but I AM still JUDDDing my little heart out in hopes that the lbdage will come off eventually!!! officially I'm IN!!!! whatever it takes....i'll work out like a fiend, I'll stick to my calories and give it the BEST shot i can!!! thanks for the KICK START IN me RUMP!!!
