I just found the best thing! Mi Rancho makes these mini corn tortillas. three of them are 70 calories. Today I heated each one briefly, topped each with a teaspoon of ff refried beans (one tablespoon (3 tsp) = 15 calories-- and then salsa. For less then 100 calories, I had three little bean tacos. Filling! Yummy!!

If your head over to Wasa's FB page, you can get $0.75 off coupons btw. Hit the back button twice after printing it, and you can print another one. They were on sale for $2 last week where I live.

Suzie's Thin Cakes are thin (think drink coaster size) flat corn cakes similar to rice cakes. 3 of them are 38 calories and they're really neutral tasting.
I love to spread a laughing cow wedge (divide among the 3 cakes) then top with hamburger dill pickle slices for about 80 calories, it's a big snack!

Today I had a Sea Queen Salmon Burger found it at Aldi's.

4 oz for 1 burger. 80 calories! I added Salt, pepper and Dill seasoning and spread on 1t of Dijon mustard for 5 calories more. Ate with Broccoli and cheese for 1.
125 calorie lunch!

Kikkoman ponzu sauce.
1T is 10 cals (about the same as soy sauce) but only 400mg sodium! and it has a kind of combo flavor of soy sauce and fish sauce.

Adding to my list. Thanks! I've been looking for a lower sodium alternative to soy sauce.

Thank you all for your wonderful ideas! I'm on my second UD and was having trouble planning my DDs.

I'll add to the list:
Amy Lu Sweet Caramelized Onion Chicken Burger (CostCo) and 1 T Heinz One Carb Ketchup
155 calories and so good!

Costco Wholesale Corporation
They have a website but I think you have to go to the warehouse to buy.

The burgers are mildly spicy and grilled.

It looks like this:
PRODUCT REVIEW: Amylu Chicken Burgers

Each CostCo has it in a different place. They aren't frozen so look for them in the fresh meals section. They are vacuum packed in sets of 2, 10 to a box. They're worth finding.

Two other goodies in the same section are Del Real Carnitas and Del Real Polo Asado (Grilled Chicken Legs). I bought the Del Real Chili Verde but haven't tried it yet.

I find a serving (1cup) of Progresso Chicken Noodle soup is great for a 100 calorie meal. It is surprisingly filling.

I know not everyone eats soy, and as a hypo, I shouldn't-- but every now and then I do. Boca crumbles are SO good in the cabbage laughing cow stirfry. They are also only 60 calories and 13 grams of protein per half cup--very very hard to beat those stats. for 150-170 cals calories you get a big stirfry that is SO tasty and filling and protein heavy.

how about DD tortilla chips and dip? I buy tiny corn tortillas--25 cals each. Micro 3 of them til crispy, turning half way thru (my micro takes about 1:45 for this). 2 Tbs of Fritos Hot Bean Dip is 35 calories. For 105 calories, satisfying yummy corn chips and dip--enjoying them today as my UD snack. By the way, this microwave chip trick is new to me, and fantastic for FF chips.

I tried the Miracle Rice today and I have to say I loved it.
The mouth feel is totally different than the shirataki noodles and they were (to me) very filling! I don't usually get the "filling" feeling from the noodles.

If laughing cow or weight watchers made a brie flavored cheese, I'd be a happy camper.

I boil up a bunch of minced celery and keep that on hand in the fridge/freezer...that way I can add everything to my big mug and just add boiling water without dirtying a pan.

Grated (cooked) zucchini is nice too...it "feels" like noodles.
I will try this for sure!

OK, everyone who loves brie, write Laughing Cow and ask when they plan to add it.

How clever! May I ask what brand of chip has just 25 calories?
