UD! And already did 40mins of interval training (which doesnt mean that I should splurge, but we`ll see I guess!!)
Breakie: Oat & Flax seed mix with organic low fat milk, tbsp of honey (always fills me up and its so delicious) = 331 cals, 11.3g fat, 46.4g carbs, 12.9g protein Lunch: Asian Style Spring Onions with prawn Snack/possibly treat: ? Dinner: not sure yet! I`ve been craving goats cheese so might have that with a salad or sth (if I don`t go mad with my snack/treat!) Have a great day everyone!!! - the weight seems to be shifting (I`m kinda sure its mostly water weight, but hey, better that than nothing and its only been 4 days!) DD for me after 2 intermediate days to avoid a DD for a friend's birthday lunch yesterday.
Breakfast: boiled egg & 1 Finn Crisp (approx. 100 cals) Lunch: shirataki noodles with red pepper, onion and chili (approx 60 cals) Dinner: white fish & vegetable curry. Somewhere in there will also be several helpings of psyllium husk although they don't seem to be 'helping' so far. |

The plan: B: Coffee with SF Creamer - 65 L: Low carb pita bread, ham, mustard, lettuce, tomato, laughing cow wedge sandwich - 240 D: 3 cups of cabbage stir fried with 2 laughing cow wedges (no meat) - 110 = 415 I might add 100 calories worth of snacks to this. |

DD (this is my 2nd DD day as I'm new to this):
B: 3 eggbeaters, 1 wedge cheese, 1 TBL real bacon pieces L: Eggbeater drop soup in chicken broth, fresh ginger, garlic, spinach D: Something with 5 pieces turkey lunchmeat...don't know yet. On my UD yesterday, I went crazy with not counting the calories and lots of carbs, so tomorrow's UD will be lowcarb counting calories!! Live and learn! ![]() |

I'm doing another regular DD today. I decided to do 2 real DD per week (the 36 hour JUDDD).
B - black coffee L - at 1:45 I had a red grapefruit. About 100 calories so far. I would have put off eating even longer, but I was getting those weird burning kind of hunger pains that sort of radiate through my body, and it makes it hard to think and makes me worried about my BS, so I tend to go ahead and have something. Not sure what I'll have later. |

After so many FDs, I'm finally back in my comfort zone of a DD.
Made a large pot of fresh escarole soup with no sodium chicken broth, some compari tomatoes, shiritaki noodles then seasoned the pot with some pink Himalayan salt and garlic. Also put one wedge of L/c garlic and herb. Also had a pumpkin OMM and added some Torani caramel to the mixture and boy, was that good! Later, will have canned tuna on Nature's Own 40 calorie sliced whole wheat bread with lettuce and a bit of low fat mayo. Probably another tomato since I have some calories left over. Oh, and a rice cake spread with no sugar jam for dessert along with Pat's (SoHappy's) jello concoction made with sugar free jello 0 calorie flavored drink and gluc. I'ts cooling now for tonight. The grapefruit kept me going for about four hours.
Now having a homemade cheeseburger on a large bun, salt & vinegar potato chips & a pickle. I couldn't finish the whole burger and the chips before I got too full. I estimate I'm close to 750 calories today. |

Yeah, so after almost 19 hours of straight fasting, I had that cheeseburger and all, then after 4 more hours, I decided to just go ahead and jump back into a FD ala MUDDD!
So I'm enjoying a mixed drink and will probably have cream cheese on Wasa cracker later. Or something. |
