It's weird how we react. I have no problems with shirataki, but I had kelp noodles last week that made me one unhappy camper. I also made the OMM with oat fiber and that made me sick too. Super sad, because it was really good!

B...Cinnamon/Raisin Bagel Thin with FF cream cheese, coffee/tea with H&H. 171 cals
L...Sweet Potato soup and FF hot dog on 1 slice LCal bread w/mustard, SF relish and hot peppers 191 cals
D...NYC and a steak house so saving all the rest of my calories (1388) for this event, but will NOT go over board, making sure of this!!

Looking to hit my 1750 today or right near there!

YUP ^^^^ Have tried these several times now and I ALWAYS have stomach problems. I just don't eat them anymore and use spiral veggies in their place on DDs.

That is weird, because I also had the serious tummy trauma with shirataki noodles. We really are all very different. I tried 3 different times with shirataki even, and it was the same. I was sad because I really liked what I could make with those shirataki noodles, but the digestive issues were awful and painful. I've never had that problem with the kelp noodles though, so I was really glad because now I can just use those in place of the shirataki noodles.

UD here.

I was supposed to be taking the boys to Denny's but they are heading to the beach instead with friends. I still made us eggs. I'm determined to get up to 1500 or 1600 calories today since I underate the last 2 days. I think I was still full from Christmas

B: 4 scrambled eggs with cheese, coffee with SF creamer - 459
L: Maybe a ham and cheese sandwich and a pear
D: Something to get me up to 1500. Maybe I'll buy a pumpkin pie today.

That's interesting about the shirataki noodles. I only tried them once and didn't have tummy issues.

12:45 and just had lunch of a slice of toast with a pat of real butter and sf strawberry jam, fried ham, a few bites of scrambled eggs. Too full to finish the eggs. I also had about half a cup of OJ.

Have to be careful about orange juice - it seems to be hard to stop drinking it, and it seems to affect me metabolically (insulin).

DD here, I ate WAY too much over Christmas Eve and Christmas day!

B- 2 eggs, one serving egg whites, 3 slices Canadian bacon, 1 coffee

L- 100 calorie popcorn, diet coke

D- salad with small amount of protein, Annie's Fat free raspberry vinaigrette

Shooting for 600 calories today

L- Just got done eating some veggies w/ 2 tbsp full-fat ranch dip (130), zucchini fries (52), and 3 small slices of cheese + 1 1/2 slice of summer sausage (120)
D- Small portion leftover chicken stir-fry (180 cals)

Daily total= 482 calories.

I tried the shredded cabbage idea, as you can see. OH YUM!!! How can I possibly feel so satisfied on so few calories?????!

DD today
B-half a packet of instant oatmeal mixed with a quarter cup of cottage cheese with Walden farms syrup
L- v8 mixed with half scoop protein and a quarter cup yogurt blended together
Snack at work of slice zucchini, celery and 7 almonds
D- cabbage slaw, zucchini, mushrooms, jalapenos, minced garlic, light swiss laughing cow, used a little bit of chicken broth to saute it all up. Im hooked on this!
I'll be right at 600 today
