wanting to change - but am sticking to plan!
After days of UD/UD/FD/UD today should be a DD really - but according to my routine it's an UD - and I have planned other days based around my rotation - so you know what...
I've decided it's okay to have yet another UD (as mentioned earlier - and by others on the board - it's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that make you fat - it's what you eat between New Year and Christmas!) - but make it a good UD - one in which I count my calories properly - this should make the DD tomorrow so much easier and we won't have a house full of guests!!!
I have to remind myself that this is a journey, not a race - I will succeed with JUDDD - because it is flexible. If I had just eaten as I have, over the last fews days, if I was on any 'diet' - Atkins in particular - the ability to get back into routine would be difficult and not as 'immediate' as I know it will be with JUDDD!!
