DD for me. I've had to ask my Best Beloved to cut up our home-made caramels, stollen bars etc. to distribute to neighbours, as well as boxing up the ginger macarons we made. It would have been too tempting to want to eat the crumbs.
![]() Breakfast: 2 Finn Crisps, 3 crab sticks & 1 Very Light Laughing Cow wedge (approx 100 cals) Lunch: mixed vegetable soup (approx. 60 cals) Dinner: fish curry with cauliflower faux rice (approx. 160 cals) On target for around 320 cals as long as I can resist the siren call of stollen/caramel crumbs. |

DD
B: rice cake with LC cheese and serrano, venti black coffee (77) L: Probably broth with veggies and shirataki (40-60) D: No idea yet. Tomorrow's UD will be spent at the local native american casino. They have a lovely buffet we went to for Thanksgiving. (Our tradition the last few Thanksgivings--we find it appropriate to spend it with the natives, and give back as much as we can: read=lose all our gambling money) ![]() It was very traditional, so I'm anxious to see what they will have for Christmas. |

My MD turned into a UD, and tomorrow will be too. I can already tell I'm etaining waer. My thighs are hot and swolen. That's where it always hits me the worst. I'm gonna try to just stay off of the scale and have a good DD Monday. I didn't eat a lot today but I ate quite a bit of sugary carbs and I'm feeling it. Tomorrow I will do it again. I'm not even gonna attempt to say I won't. Right now I'm at the hospital with my daughter hoping for a christmas baby. My christmas day will not be what I planned that's for sure...lol
Merry christmas
