B: coffee w/almond milk; smokie sausages in crescent rolls (used low-fat crescent rolls, had 3)
D: curry fish, no rice
S: not sure yet, maybe turkey meatballs and marinara sauce w/mozzarella in a low-carb pita

UD for me.

Breakfast: oatmeal pancake with a smear of jam (approx. 240 cals)

Lunch: Thai chicken soup (approx. 250 cals)

Dinner: Sticky ribs and assorted veg (guessing approx. 750 cals)

I should have about 400 cals to 'spend' on bits and pieces :)

UD today.

B: coffee
L: 2 eggs over easy fried in bacon grease, rotisserie chicken, brie
D: spicy jerk boneless country-style pork ribs, low carb pumpkin muffin, small square of raw milk cheddar
S: Blue Diamond salt and vinegar almonds

About 1625 calories, so I'll probably add something to bring it up to my limit.

Atkins Fat Fast:

Havarti cheese, 3 oz
Cream cheese, 3 oz
Light cream, in coffee or chicken broth
Egg yolks (1-2)
Pecans, .5-1 oz

Goal: 75-90% fat, 1000-1200 calories.

DD for me

I am not feeling well so alls I am going to say is chicken broth...The stomach bug went through the family. I hope its mild and I feel better tomarrow. It was only 24 36 hours with the kids so fingers crossed!

B: 2 1/2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 slice of bacon, soya & linseed toast w butter
S: Cappuccino with full fat milk (no other choices)
L: 2/3 of a diavolo (pepperoni & chilli) pizza & 2 glasses of rose wine
S: 1 large glass of Merlot
D: 1/3 of pizza - 1/2 a small cheese & onion quiche, salad and lovely caesar salad dressing & 2 glasses of Rioja

Oh dear - lots of vino - no ideas of calories - but 'tis the season to be jolly!!

Just checked and maybe 150 cals over the correct amount!! Happy with that!!

I think I'm the only down dayer here today! Tomorrow is a MD in preparation for Christmas :D

B: Coffee with SF creamer, a Basking Robbins SF hard candy - 75
L: Carbmaster cherry yogurt - 60
D: 3 cups of cabbage mix cooked with a can or Kirkland chicken and 2 wedges of Laughing Cow Cheese - 320

Total = 455

I'm hoping to hold it there and have a decent MD tomorrow because I just know I'll go all out on Sunday!

Ugh, had chicken flautas for lunch (DH surprised me by coming downtown to meet me!) and had no idea they'd be 1378 calories! And that's subtracting the beans and rice which I did not eat!

Planning sushi for dinner, so I'll try to make good choices.

DD for me and home so I thought it might be tough but I ended up doing ok.

B- quarter cup low fat cottage cheese, 3T egg whites, half tablespoon flax, nuked in micro for 1.45 min stored good and added Walden farms syrup. This was so good!
On the go after that for awhile. Took a baggie with broccoli florets, baby carrots and 3 sf baby dils
Got home and had some salad with romaine, celery, cucumber and Walden farms blue cheese
Then I had to make fudge! I probably had about a small piece with the licking of fingers and picking just a little
Dinner I finally made the cabbage and laughing cow. OMG! I used 3 cups shredded cabbage, I shredded a half a zucchini, mushrooms, started with Pam, a little soy sauce, T of roasted red pepper mix, 1 laughing cow light swiss and a little parmesan. That was one of the best DD dinners I have ever had and the whole thing was only 135 calories!
Even with the fudge I am under 500 for the day. Tomorrow MD.

A good UD for me. In fact, I was wondering how the heck to eat the last 500-600 calories this evening, because I truly wasn't hungry. However, picking at my lovely holiday cheeses (Irish cheddar, brie and cambazola :yummy:) has taken care of those calories!
