Nowhere near UD calories today
I need another 600 calories and I just can't think of anything to eat. Any ideas for quick, enjoyable, highly caloric foods? I'm already having wine to get there.

I'd go with the wine and spoonfuls of peanut butter! Yep right off the spoon. :up:

Perfect! I just added my wine and 4 T peanut butter and am now within 199 of UD calories. I'm okay with that!

With the wine, I'd do a little snacky tray of cheese slices, olives, pepperoni... maybe some lightly toasted, thick bread drenched in seasoned evoo or slathered with butter... finish with some dark chocolate dipped in peanut butter.

me too DD here....would LOVE a glass of wine...great suggestions tho...i still NEVER have trouble meeting me an UD intake.....i wonder what's that like!?!

My UDs are such a struggle. I'm either wanting to eat the whole house (and winding up over-eating) or nothing at all sounds good and I have hundreds left to figure out.

But on the other hand, I've never gone over 400 on DDs either, so that's good. Today ended up at 361.
