goal weight

I lost 65 pounds on hcg but was never happy I didn't lose a few pounds more. I started JUDDD thinking I would lose 3-5 pounds. Now I have lost 5 and feel I would be more happy losing a few more. Want to get that tummy pudge gone.

Who has changed their goal weight when they got down to what they thought was going to be their goal?

Congrats!!! What a great thing to read!! :jumpjoy::high5::shake::hugs: I changed my goal by 10 pounds from 145 to 135 and am now staying here. I could easily lose more if I wanted by 135 looks good on me, so I'm told, so here I stay! So happy you see JUDDD is working for you!:clap:

You've done very well! I've had many different goal weights over the years. I would think that a certain weight would be my ideal but once I got there, I realized I still had more to lose. In the 150s, my goal was 142. Once there, it was 135. Once there it was 128, then 118, then 115. I hit 111.8 for 5 minutes once and I know I shouldn't go lower than that. Even at 112-115 I have pretty flabby thighs but I think it's my age of lack of exercise. Lifting weights and walking will be my New Years Resolution! I honestly never thought I would weigh what I do now. I don't look too skinny or anything but I like being here.

I have dieted and lost and gained many hundreds of pounds over the years. This will be the last time. I can't even remember though when I weighed less than I am now. But I feel I can lose just those few more pounds to look and feel even better. Honestly these last pounds are pounds that people generally would not notice I am losing in looking at me. Just getting rid of those last pudgy pounds. My jeans are feeling better.

I can really identify with you. I lost a large portion of my weight on Atkins, but with menopause and a whacked out thyroid, I stalled for several years. I finally found hCG a couple of years ago and got down to my all-time dream goal of 138. I stayed there for about six seconds, lol. I kept creeping back into the 150's, and I kept doing another "maintenance" round (a couple times a year) to get back down a bit. I never did get all the way back down, though, so I finally just decided that at my age (54), I could be just as happy to get to 145 again. That was easier said than done, though, because my body wanted to keep creeping back up to 160 and then I'd panic and do another round.

After this last round, ending right before Thanksgiving, I was at 149 and already creeping back into the 150's. I decided to take the JUDDD plunge and I got through Thanksgiving eating and ended up losing 6.5 pounds in the next four weeks! I saw 144 about a week ago! So, long story short. I bounce up pretty high with water weight when I let myself have a crazy eating day for a holiday event, but it comes right back off. I have every confidence that I'll be able to lose a little more in the coming weeks, so I may reset my goal to 138. It's what I weighed on my wedding day as a slim 18 year old.

So, yes, I think you should re-evaluate your goal if you feel comfortable going lower. I'm carrying more weight in my belly than I did when I was young, and it's gratifying to see it finally beginning to shrink.

Congrats on meeting and exceeding goal. I have been down to 135 and looked a little too skinny. Right now I just want to get to 140 and then go from there. I was hoping to be there by Christmas but isn't gonna happen. I am losing really really slow for some reason. It's very frustrating. But I know I will get there. Im gonna try so hard not to get on the scale Monday. I know the water weight is gonna be massive. After DD Monday it will be better but it's tough. Im trying not to stress and just enjoy Christmas and see what happens this time. Merry Christmas everyone.

Well I know I'm not there yet. For sure want to lose a couple more pounds but will re-evaluate then. I have not felt and looked this good for many years. I don't want to look too skinny so I am "not" trying to lose as much as I can just because I can. I want to look good.

I just tried on a pair of jeans that I got to wear when I finished HCG and they are too big. Can't complain about that.

I just got done my first round of hcg. When I started my goal was 120 and then I got down to 118 and realized I like it about there because I really do not want to go over 120 in general. I thought 115 at one point but realized once I hit 120 my boobs are the only area that seem to lose, and I need all I already have !!
