It's Wednesday - what are you eating today?

UD this cold morning!
B: coffee w/almond milk; low-cal bread, toasted and topped w/smoked salmon and cream cheese (I couldn't make myself get bagels with the high carbs and calories!)
D: diced chicken breast, avocado, cilantro and tomato tossed w/salsa in romaine leaves
S: taco salad (no tortilla) topped w/avocado and sour cream with a toasted low-carb pita as chips
Snack: if they're open, a couple of thai spring rolls with my own dipping sauce of tiger sauce and soy sauce mixed with dijonnaise (much lower calories and carbs than the sauce the restaurant has) - about 150 calories and 30g carbs for the whole snack, so not bad

UD today.

Breakfast: bubble & squeak made with cauliflower and cabbage.

Lunch: 2 Finn Crisps, 3 crab sticks, a grilled pepper and tuna paste.

Dinner: salt beef, brussel sprouts, carrots and gravy.

There should be more than enough calorie allowance to allow me to have some raspberries this evening.

Slowsure, bubble and squeak for breakfast, you are my kind of woman, lol.

UD here. Had my nails done this morning early so no time for breakfast.

Shared a super thin pizza with VIcky at Pizza Express for lunch.

Planning a mince pie with clotted cream later.

Lovely fishcakes with lots of vegetables this evening.

UD today.

B: coffee, one soft boiled egg, 2 slices bacon
L: low carb sausage onion peppers pizza
D: rotisserie chicken, brie
S: may have a low carb pumpkin muffin

It's only 1500, so either I'll have to have a large amount of butter with the pumpkin muffin (yum!) or I'll add in some other food to eat up to my limit, maybe nuke some cheese crackers or something.

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
UD for me and eating out most, if not all, day:

B: Carl's Jr. Santa Fe Turkey Burger and small coke zero (490)
L: Wendy's Large Chili with 3 packets chili seasoning and iced tea (325)
S: 3 cups coffee throughout the day (7)
D: No idea, but I have over 1500 calories to play with so I'm sure it will be yummy and involve wine.

Yesterday's DD ended up at 267 calories.

Tomorrow is DD and my daughter's 7th birthday. We celebrated last weekend, but I'm taking pastries to her class in the morning, and they are having a potluck style breakfast for the whole first grade. I'm hoping it's not going to be a huge challenge, but so far I've been doing great, and I think I won't be tempted by anything.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!! I have NO doubt that you resolve is MUCH stronger than any food product that may TRY to tempt you!! And WTG on the 267, I've never been able to do that!!

DD for Beeb and feeling a bit depressed so I'm not thinking about food today. Will post my menu later.

It was bliss My one regret is that I didn't go the whole hog and fry an egg to put on top of it. However, as I ended up cooking more cabbage this evening to accompany my dinner, there's a fair chance that I can combine it, some leeks and more cauliflower for my next UD breakfast/brunch and top that with an egg, maybe even a slice of bacon.

So this is a binge...

I have been off my UD/DD rotation for about a week. I was going to do a DD today and am now in my car finishing a huge food binge.

Going to start a JUDDD challenge in the new year to get back on track!

LCL. I've been wondering where you've been!

Okay, decided to scrap the idea of fried rice made with miracle rice, that sounds like too much work tonight after fixing separate meals for my daughter and then my husband. I'm just going to have a can of shrimp with some spicy cocktail sauce and celery. With maybe some spicy broth to go with it.

DD for me

Low cal pumpkin muffin
Half a can of baby shrimp over spinach and romaine with Walden fans dressing
Snack bag with cut up zucchini, cucumber and baby carrots
Dinner was a stir fry of cabbage, mushrooms, the rest of the shrimp, minced garlic and jalapenos with soy sauce
There was a pizza party at work today. I didn't go but of course they put the leftovers in the break room and I had half of a homemade chocolate chip cookie. They are a huge weakness. Homemade are always so good, crunchy but yet soft, gooey chocolate chips. Lol. I ate half of a small one and threw the rest in the trash. I was pretty dang proud of myself that I threw that away!
