Woke up STARVING at 5:30 and had a mini-scone Coffee with cream Later: Ham and cheese omelet Leftover soup with crackers Crock pot BBQ ribs And probably something for dessert to make sure I use all my calories since eating all of them on UDs seems to be the key on this diet! |

So glad today is an UP day! I have not planned my diet for the rest of day but rest assured it will be delicious, nutritious, and filling... starting with coffee with hwc.
Also I am going to the gym because I am now eating enough calories to support physical activity. ![]() |

DD for me.
Breakfast: 2 Finn Crisps with a smear of tuna pate (approx. 100 cals). Lunch: carrot soup with cubes of konnyaku (approx. 60 cals). Dinner: prawn curry with cauliflower faux rice (approx. 160 cals). |

B: coffee L: may have some herbal tea D: smoked salmon with neufchatel and thinly sliced red onions, 2 slices bacon 330 calories. I should be full from that since it's a pretty big serving of smoked salmon, but if I end up adding another 2 slices of bacon it'll come to 410 calories. |

Second DD for me, hope this one is better then my last one !! Since I think I went alittle carb crazy on my UD yesterday and the scale is up I am trying to do 500 cal today.
So far so good B-Coffee with Creamer x2 (60) L-Hebrew National Hot dog (45) w/ a wrap (60) and SF Ketchup and Mustard (10) D- Planning 1/2 can of soup (70), grilled cheese on weight watchers rye bread (90), LF cheese (60) Leaving 105 calories for a small salad with LF Dressing and maybe another cup of coffee with cream |

DD for me, and I'm doing it through gritted teeth! It's my first DD at work, and I think TOM is coming..anyway, I'm praying that I'll get through the evening without caving.

B: 2 x Skinny Lattes (small!) L: 3 x Crab Sticks D: Big Salad - with a melted light laughing cow cheese mixed with some vinegar and lemon juice (yes it curdled - but was okay) mixed throught it, some tomatoes, pickled onions and a slice of ham. At about 370 - I may yet have some more crabsticks, pickled onions or a hot chocolate (not together though!!!!) Forgot my mug of hot marmite - cals still the same!! B....Slice of plain bread, no butter, no jelly, no nothing! Don't ask! ![]() ![]() L.....Spicy Shrimp Tempera sushi roll, sweet potato tempera sushi roll, 3 pork dumplings, side salad with ginger dressing D....No idea, but something fast because it's holiday grocery shopping tonight! S....Tangerine, and a Lu chocolate cookie, coffee/tea w/half and half throughout the day. |

After workout coconut bark and protein shake B- yogurt, cottage cheese, chia seed mixture with sunflower seeds on top L- chicken salad D- chicken salad Snacks of nuts, apple, half grapefruit and pumpkin cheesecake Will be about 1800 calories today. I still get freaked out seeing that number! |

Roasted chicken breast with broth. yum. coffee w/ half and half FF Greek yogurt lots and lots of water lots of green tea Appx. 440 calories. Judd site gave me a goal of 496 for DDs. I'm good. Yay me. ![]() |

DD here and I think I may make it
B: oatmeal (100) S: hot cocoa (25) L: progresso lite chicken noodle soup (140) S: 97% fat free popcorn (63) D: Lite caesar salad (100) green beans (60) cross rib roast 1 oz (57) total 545 had to work at 6am so usually end up at just over 500. super hungry today because last week ended up being MD's and UD's this will be the first successful DD in a while |
