B: coffee w/almond milk
D: veggie burger patty in romaine leaves w/tomato slice, pickles, onions and mustard; green bell pepper slices w/walden farms caesar dressing
Snack: 2oz boiled chicken breast and cucumber slices w/same dressing
S: 2oz light turkey sausage w/cooked cabbage
Approx 435 calories
ud today another holiday eating event
at my daughters tonight.
They will be leaving for Flordia soon.
So we are getting all our visiting in.
B: Black Coffee
MS: Gluc pudding
L: Shirataki, cabbage soup
D: 4 oz. cod and some veggies, not sure which yet
Should be 350ish.
Woke up STARVING at 5:30 and had a mini-scone
Coffee with cream
Ham and cheese omelet
Leftover soup with crackers
Crock pot BBQ ribs
And probably something for dessert to make sure I use all my calories since eating all of them on UDs seems to be the key on this diet!
So glad today is an UP day! I have not planned my diet for the rest of day but rest assured it will be delicious, nutritious, and filling... starting with coffee with hwc.
Also I am going to the gym because I am now eating enough calories to support physical activity.
DD for me.
Breakfast: 2 Finn Crisps with a smear of tuna pate (approx. 100 cals).
Lunch: carrot soup with cubes of konnyaku (approx. 60 cals).
Dinner: prawn curry with cauliflower faux rice (approx. 160 cals).
L: may have some herbal tea
D: smoked salmon with neufchatel and thinly sliced red onions, 2 slices bacon
330 calories. I should be full from that since it's a pretty big serving of smoked salmon, but if I end up adding another 2 slices of bacon it'll come to 410 calories.
Second DD for me, hope this one is better then my last one !! Since I think I went alittle carb crazy on my UD yesterday and the scale is up I am trying to do 500 cal today.
So far so good :)

DD for me, and I'm doing it through gritted teeth! It's my first DD at work, and I think TOM is coming..anyway, I'm praying that I'll get through the evening without caving.

At about 370 - I may yet have some more crabsticks, pickled onions or a hot chocolate (not together though!!!!)
Forgot my mug of hot marmite - cals still the same!!

had to work at 6am so usually end up at just over 500. super hungry today because last week ended up being MD's and UD's this will be the first successful DD in a while
