UD start to the Christmas week
B: coffee w/coconut milk D: cheeseburger in lettuce leaves w/mayo, pickles and onions; roasted okra "fries" S: ribeye steak topped w/anchovy butter (I had some leftover anchovies from yesterday lol); broccoli w/cheese sauce; salad Snack if I want it: low carb pita "chips" w/1/2 an avocado mixed w/salsa |

Ok so my first UD and DD this weekend were not too successful
Too many events that I ate out and was not able to really count my calories. I was tempted to do a DD today again BUT I decided to do a good UD so my DD tomorrow will be easier. So for todayB- 2 packs of oatmeal w/ raisins, date and walnut and coffee w/ heavy cream (332 for all) L-Not sure yet D-Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff (300) and some veggies (50) |

UD for me.
Breakfast: one-egg omelette, 20g smoked salmon, grilled red pepper (approx. 220 cals) Lunch: small apple, 2 Finn Crisps, 3 crab sticks (approx. 150 cals) Dinner: Salt beef, carrots, cabbage, mustard (approx. 540 cals) I'm planning to spend the remaining calories on a fruit salad. |

B: Bacon & Egg, 2 slices of soy & linseed toast & butter, and a cup of tea L: More Bacon, Marmite Cheese piece, 2 sticks of celery & some lcal Hummus S: a delicious (highly calorific!!) gluten free chocolate brownie & cup of tea D: Out to a delicious local italian - not sure, thinking Pizza?? or perhaps puttaneca. Wine will be taken!!!! Thankfully I have quite high UD cals!!! |

FD today.
black coffee in a.m. 2 hb eggs, sliced, smeared with mayo & mustard, fresh pepper ground over them. 1 chocolate-covered blueberry & red wine. We are having remodeling done right now and the kitchen is too messed up to do anything in until they leave for the day and we can clean it up. Hence my easy brunch of the super-quick & easy "deviled eggs". I just finished wrapping gifts, and sat down to have the blueberry cordial and the glass of wine while listening to christmas music. Don't know what I'm going to make for dinner. Probably roasted chicken.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too |

Back on the wagon after a few nasty weeks of not feeling well. DD today, black coffee, and I made a big pot of egg drop soup (320 calories) to eat for the rest of the day, just had my first bowl.

My lowest DD ever which I really needed because I've been going a little too crazy the last couple of weeks on some of my up/free days.
B - Coffee with SF creamer - 65 L - 2 cups of Diet Swiss Miss and 1 bouillon cube - 55 D - 3 cups of cabbage sauteed with 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese, a SF hard candy - 120 Total calories = 240! |

We had a pot luck at work and I sampled a brownie, then later had half a donut (I threw away the other half, because I realized I was eating it 'just because I can') and a cookie. I'm figuring about 2500 cals for the day, when I was shooting for 2000. It's good to know that a) tomorrow is a DD! and b) I can work on paying more attention to those pesky carbs. For me, one carb leads to more and more. It's nice I can nip it in the bud TODAY instead of in a week, year or never. |

i did it....i BOUGHT the shirataki noodles....i made them with just some sauce, my fave is the contadina in a can....half a can of sauce is 52c and half the package of noodles, i'm sure ya'll know is 20c....they are NOT BAD!!!! i was nervous cause they look, well plain weird and slimy and my roomate says they smell kinda bad, BUT i have a stuffed up nose and can't smell a thing!!! dinner for 72calories!!! on a DD of course but STILL i'm impressed!
lunch - 2cups chicken broth...20c snack - 1 cup cheerios and 1 cup skim millk.....198cal dinner = noddles and sauce.....72cal so far 290....there may be a snack later, Last edited by mayleesa; 12-26-2011 at 01:57 PM.. |

I often have them in broth with veggies. Today I followed some prep suggestions I've seen here and made a very lovely lunch by rinsing, then pan frying them, adding a cut-up Nathan's 97% Fat Free Hot Dog, a wedge of LC and assorted spices, for exactly 100 calories total. It was GREAT! The pan frying made them much more like "regular" noodles.
