It's Sunday! what are you eating today?
B: coffee w/2T coconut milk; almond milk the rest of the day
D: wafer meat (buddig turkey) in a l/c pita w/dijonnaise and red onion slices; herb ox broth
S: Shirataki Puttanesca - may add the tilapia if I'm hungry and want the additional protein

Shirataki Puttanesca
1pk shirataki noodles, rinsed and patted dry
1T olive oil (120 cals)
1T capers(5 cals)
1 roma tomato, diced(15 cals)
4 anchovy fillets, minced (20 cals)
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin (12 cals)
Pinch of crushed pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a small skillet and add the anchovies and garlic. Saute over low heat until anchovies break down, then add the tomatoes and pepper flakes, cook until the tomatoes are softened then add the shiratake noodles and heat through.

172 calories; add some 3oz diced tilapia with the tomato for 80 cals and 17g protein

DD until a big dinner at my Mom's church at 6 p.m. Until then, it's black coffee, and I'm not sure what else yet. I will definitely need something to help get me through the afternoon.

DD here too, first DD at home so I'm hoping it will be as easy as the DDs at work were.

B: Black coffee
S: Gluc pudding
L: I got some shirataki, multi-colored "dumpling" thingies and will be making a soup with it, some broth, veggies. DD (age 6) is excited to try the dumplings.
S: Broth if needed
D: Portobello "burger"

D: smoked salmon with neufchatel and thin sliced red onions, 2 ff beef franks, sauerkraut, 1% cottage cheese
S: V8

375 without the V8, 405 if I decide to have it.

DD today.

Breakfast: 2 Finn Crisps and a little tuna (approx. 100cals)

Lunch: Minestrone (150 cals)

Dinner: Prawn curry (100 cals)

I'll be about 30cals over for the day (recommended target is 320 cals) but I think it would be obsessive to try and trim 30 out of the curry and 350cals seems within bounds.

B/L: 1/2 a cheese & ham toastie and a Skinny Flat White (230)
S: maybe a clementine or two (cals seem to vary on *** between 35 - 45 for one - so will take it as 40 or 80, if I have 2)
D: Asian style stirfry with shrimp and chilli (100 - 120)

Approx total for the day: max 430 :)

Don't know about the rest of the day. I find that DD's are more difficult when I am home.

I'm the odd ball here, I prefer DDs at home - I don't like them at work where there are all these little snackie things to trip me up!

- latte
- grilled cheese
- egg drop soup

and I'm going to look at making some gum candies bc I finally found some gelatin! Or else it's SF jello if I feel lazy :)

I had the munchies after lunch and had a bell pepper and some Deans french onion dip, so I'm leaving the oil out of my supper to off-set lol.

UD for me

B- 2 eggs with chicken, half a grapefruit and a quarter cup cottage cheese
L- arbys farmhouse chicken salad with ranch
D- rotisserie chicken, spinach, romaine, mushrooms, jalapenos and chipotle ranch dressing
Snacks today of nuts, 2 butter cookies, low carb pumpkin cheesecake, a few bites of ice cream
Mary have a glass of wine before bed
Didn't count calories today. I should be under 1800 though
I was 142 yesterday morning. The lowest I have been in a while. Pretty happy about that. Im looking forward to my DD tomorrow.

all DD's today except for 1. I had a MD. This weekend has been a juggle. Definitely ready for 3 DD's next week.

It was more like a fd due to family outing
I had the best day ever.

To be honest I will be glad when the holidays are over.
I love this time of year but to much food.

D: can of chowder soup (260), 1/2 tortilla (100), smear of peanut butter (50)
S: clementine (50)

650 - was aiming for 500, but I had a brief panic of, "I'm so hungry, I need more than soup" at dinner.

The weird thing is that my favorite thing to do on DDs is cook! I got happily distracted by cooking for a pot luck and for dinner tomorrow, and I wasn't remotely tempted to taste anything! This is an interesting learning process. I don't feel like I "blew it" today, because it's all about progress, not PERFECTION!
