D: chicken breast; steamed broccoli; salad
S: tuna salad (tuna, light mayo, green onions, celery, mustard) on suzies thin cakes (38 cals for 3)

Before bed, probably a minute muffin. Chocolate, probably.

B: coffee w/1tbl HWC (50)
L: stromboli (500)
S: LC quiche (300) I might split this and save some for later
D: Chicken divan (1000) if I eat a lot of it!

So...that feels like a LOT of food and it's still 100 cals under my goal. :stars:

UD for me.

Breakfast was 2 egg whites with a grilled red pepper, 3 crab sticks and 2 Finn Crisps (approx 240 cals).

Lunch is cauliflower soup (approx 150 cals).

Dinner will be grilled salmon with smoked spinach/tomato & charred aubergine. (approx. 650 cals)

This leaves me about 300 cals for unplanned snacks or a pudding.

Changing my lunch to a coconut curry soup: chicken breast and green onions simmered in chicken broth, coconut milk, with curry seasonings and extra garlic.

B: 2 sausages, 2 slices of bacon, 1 fried egg, 1 piece of fried bread, baked beans (can you tell I wasn't at home for this - but at what we would call a greasy spoon). and 1 skinny flat white coffee
L: Egg & Cress Sandwich & Slice of Weight Watcher's Lemon Slice
D: Pork Belly, potato and brocolli with gravy and maybe a yorkshire pudding

UD here. Well Free Day actually, as I am not going to count cals.

Brunch: 2 cappuccinos and a toasted teacake with butter.
Snack: Some lovely chinese style duck left over from DH's dinner last night.
Snack: WW lemon slice.

Will be out to dinner with FIL this evening. Good restaurant and nice wines.:)

hb egg smeared with mayo & mustard & sprinkled with pepper (fast, easy version of a deviled egg I learned on LC)

just had a Subway sandwich! :) Haven't had Subway in ages... it was Italian, and I had a small bag of chips too.

Settled on the couch now, think I'll have a glass of wine.

Having a good DD.

B: Coffeewith SF cream and a SF hard candy - 75
L: Coleslaw mix sauteed with canned chicken and laughing cow garlic and herb cheese - 160
D: Same as lunch -160

Maybe a snack but 395 would be good since I just had 3 up days in a row. It feels good to get my resolve back. I'll keep it under 500 for sure.

Wonderful dinner out, hot wholemeal bread roll and butter, lovely lamb steak, veg and potato. 1/2 bottle of Shiraz then a pudding wine. Tempting to count my calories, but, no! I am maintaining.

DD...a challenging one, as I had a family Christmas party and now am headed to a party at a co-worker's house.

B: peppermint mocha cocoa (30)
L: none
D: (all small portions) ham, applesauce, broccoli, 1/2 deviled egg, 1 triscuit w/ 2 dips into the spinach dip (274)

I have enough calories left for 2 generous mixed drinks...we'll see. I'll update later.
