DD for me.
Breakfast: Konnyaku with garlic and chilli (100 cals) Lunch: Tomato and charred aubergine soup (100 cals) Dinner: Provencal vegetables, very small serving of chicken (150 cals). So, a total of 350 cals which is a little high but I can't substitute a protein powder shake for any of the meals today as I have to be careful to avoid a reaction to it. |

Not sure what I'm going to have today. Trying to keep it low. Perhaps some hard boiled egg whites at some point and at another some lc cheese. |

UD and so far a 1 fried egg on a bagel thin, some hot and sour soup, a banana, 1 egg omelet with sausage bits and blue cheese, 2 kit kat minis.
Going out for Mexican tonight and I plan on eating well. Not counting UD cals anymore, but know not to overdo. JUDDD's wonderful magic that has taught me how to eat until just full will serve me well tonight, I'm sure! ![]() Last edited by Beeb; 12-16-2011 at 12:47 PM.. |

Decided on a piece of duck skin (about 75?) and one piece of my dark chocolate with is well worth 40 cals. So 436, I think we'll call it quits!

DD - my second one, and I'm enjoying it! I was uncomfortable with the idea of counting calories again, but I don't have that awful feeling of deprivation that I always had on low-cal diets before, because I'm also planning what I'll be eating on my UD! This WOE is genius
![]() B: coffee & 1 tbl HWC (50) L: 2 boiled eggs (150) S: grapes (100) D: shrimp, tomato, feta (great recipe, it's like a thick soup and sooo tasty) (330) I was aiming for 500 today, but I'm pretty happy with 630. |

Just came off a 17 hour fast (had only black coffee), and had taco salad and now full fat yogurt with blackberries & raspberries.
I started my DD last night, but decided to do this liver & gallbladder flush I read about online (will not do again!) so I had about 2,000 calories worth of evoo in about an hour last night.... So I just decided to fast all day today and then go ahead and start FD. Last edited by sophiethecat; 12-16-2011 at 01:05 PM.. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Grrr. I was doing great, even managed to skip my Kamut/cheese, then grabbed a diet coke to drink with my Pho . . . I got halfway through my "diet" coke only to realize it was one of those white cans of regular coke! 70 calories wasted. ![]() I'll still stay under 500 for the day, but what a dumb mistake. |

Okay, apparently we have a change of plans -- mozzarella sticks instead of pork/roasted broccoli. Not as much nutrition there, but mmmmm I adore mozzarella sticks.

DD here
Half cup lowfat yogurt with a quarter cup of pumpkin mixed together, cinnamon, 1t psyllium, liquid sweetener. 85 calories V8 juice. 70 Snack bag with 1 zucchini, half a cucumber and baby carrots. 95 Can of tuna over spinach, romaine and mushrooms, maple grove farms sf balsamic. 140 Evening snack of sf jello with bulgarian yogurt on top. 40 About 500 for the day. Pretty good. I'm haing to lay off of the low cal muffins for a little while. I'm so bloated and constipated that I'm not losing any weight at all. Its really frustrating me.
