UD for me.
Breakfast was oatmeal pancake (oatmeal, cottage cheese, egg, cardamom) with a little sour cherry preserve (approx. 220 cals). Lunch is 3 crab sticks, a little tuna, cornichons, olives with Finn Crisps (approx. 200 cals). Dinner will be chicken with provencal vegetables (tomato, aubergine, red pepper, red onions) (approx. 450 cals). The above leaves me some spare calories to have a little soup or a protein fluff pudding if I should be hungry this evening. |

UD for me.
I don't have a plan, other than to enjoy it. Last UD was hard to get to my calories, so I think I'll just eat what I want and add it up as I go and figure out where I end up. |

I ended up eating a little steak for breakfast then had hot wings and onion rings (not heavily battered, this pizza place uses a very light batter with parmesan cheese in it) and 1 small piece (about a 1" wide strip) of cheesy bread for lunch instead.

Knorr makes vegetarian vegetable bouillion cubes...they come in a box of 6. Little yellow and green boxes. I use 1/2 a cube to a big mug of hot water for 15 calories, and that's my lunch on DDs. So, a whole box will last me 12 DDs...more than 3 weeks! They also make a chicken and a beef bouillion, but I like the veggie the best.

My second UD:
B: coffee w/ 1tbl HWC, oatmeal w/ 1tbl HWC (250cals) L: slice of LC quiche (300) S: clementine (35) D: LC pizza (1700) My UD calories are 2230 according to the JUDDD calculator, but I gotta say, I'm fullll. I overate the LC pizza (homemade from a recipe on LCF) but it feels good to just pay attention to how my body feels and be aware that I could have had half of the pizza and still been completely satisfied. And I'm kinda looking forward to my DD tomorrow now. Lesson for next UD: I only have to eat to satisfaction.... Ah well, livin' and learnin'. Okay, I just recalculated based on no exercise (to be conservative) and my UD came out at 1946. I think I'll stick to that, and 500 DD, and see how that works...
