One month In
 
And I am down 12 pounds. This is big. I tried everything to break my stall.

And my stall had lasted more then a year. And now one month on plan and

down 12 pounds.

I feel great. My skin looks good. My blood pressure is better. Its still not

great but better.

And i know in the next month not to expect this kind of loss. But I feel that I

will lose something.

How about telling us what is working for you on this WOE? I think this will be a good thing for many to see and maybe give them a clue as to why this WOE is not working as it should for them. I also had wonderful success like you and I know that it was eating EXACTLY on plan, within and up to my calories on UDs and never over on my DDs, and watching my processed or salty foods that kept the weight moving for me.

What about you? What works for you? Please tell you!! :hugs:

Well keeping my dds low. I have never went over 500c.

I have had only 2 mds.

On uds i stay 1600c or below.

but i started eating lcarb. But I will not
stay lcarb. But I will eat this way at least
a few times a week.

Oh I bike ride alot...........

As I get ready to start my new month.
I am trying to think of ways to improve my way
of eating. so I think i need to start atching sodium
So for awhile I think I will have to say good bye to
my hebrews. I can't believe how much sodium is in
them.

I'm not making big changes, but I would like to be
at goal by March 21st (spring time)
