morning dotti. Up day for me
b carbquik pancakes S chicken salad with mayo l cabbage chicken and laughing cow (I am loving this!!) D pork chops with sauce. ? Not sure of side yet I have calories left and not sure yet what snacks I want for me its important tnot let calories get away from me! I can do it!! |

Coffee w/hwc and a couple mini cinnamon scones Leftover steak with an egg or two Dinner will probably be pork chops and roasted broccoli and then nuts and cheese for snacks and something for dessert, maybe some more of that yummy jello mouse pudding |

Very FIRST DD for me:
Breakfast Regular Coffee, 3 cup (8 fl oz) 7 Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 1 serving 35 Kamut Puffed Cakes (Suzie's Lightly salted), 1 serving 22 64 total for breakfast Lunch Mushrooms, fresh, 100 grams 22 Chicken Broth Valu Time Ready to Serve, 2 cup 10 Shirataki Noodles - House Foods Brand, 1 serving 10 (says 0 calories but I'm counting 10 to be safe) Musubi Nori, 1 serving 10 52 total for lunch. I'm trying to leave lots of wiggle room and see how I do, so if I'm really hungry this evening I have some calories to play with. ![]() |

Dinner of salmon, mixed veg and boiled potato, with a teaspoon of tartare sauce. About to eat a WW vanilla yogurt. Not suffering. |

B: coffee w/hwc and creamer, 1/2 a blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese (414) L: cream of tomato soup w/ sammy of 2 slices lite bread and 2 laughing cow wedges (316) S: tuna made w/mayo, sour cream and relish (380) D: 2 eggs over easy, 3 small slices bacon, steak-umm w/ cheese topped w/ sour cream/salsa (541) Other snacks: 1 Hershey's almond kiss, 1/2 of a chocolate truffle (48) I still need to add another 100 calories to make my 1800. I have not been hitting that number on most UDs recently, and I need to start making more of an effort there. It's my *number* for a reason!!
