I am so glad to hear all the great feedback on the experience with hcg and JUDDD from Gracie and Laurie.
Now for me just to figure out how I want to proceed going from P3 to JUDDD for me to maintain !! |

Truthfully, I'm super-boring, and a bit picky. On Buttoni's low carb recipe blog, I found a great, simple recipe for veggie beef soup. I use Costco canned roast beef in it and it's a great big bowl for about 135 calories. I also use Egg substitute to make eggs scrambled with a sliced, FF Oscar Mayer hot dog wiener + Garlic & Herb Laughing Cow cheese. I've stocked my pantry with some Progresso Lite soups, although I haven't gotten around to eating many of them yet. I did a stir-fry thing once with lots of veggies, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. I love the 100 calorie packs of microwave popcorn. I love Frito Lay Sunflower seeds. It takes quite awhile to eat a 180 calories package and it has 6 gms of protein. Sometimes I just make a simple hot dog by wrapping a FF wiener in a piece of Nature's Own Lite Sourdough bread and add mustard. Really, my DDs are nothing special, but I really don't care. I'm actually getting pretty good appetite suppression this way.
On my UDs, I'm eating my usual low-carb fare, with a bit of sourdough bread thrown in here and there, and of course, the popcorn. Oh, I forgot to mention too that on DDs AND some UDs, I'm eating a bowl of oatmeal, sweetened with Ideal (xylitol) and SF Pancake Syrup. For lunch yesterday, I had pot roast with roasted carrots, green beans with bacon, and Linda Sue's Just Like Baked Stuffed Potatoes. Later, when I had a lot of calories left, I guiltily indulged in a Hershey's Chocolate Almond Bar (210 cals). And, by the way, I started JUDDD the week of Thanksgiving, lost 2-3 lbs, ate everything I wanted on Wednesday and Thanksgiving Day, and went right back to a DD. Within 2-3 days, the extra weight left. I've bounced up and down around the last 2-3 pounds, but the trend is definitely down. It's working for me. Hope this helps!

Leona, I DID listen to a bit of Brian's music. He's very good! My friend's mother had one just like it, I think. I thought it was an accordian. I guess I'll have to go look it up to see what the difference is.
