B: coffee w/almond milk; light whole wheat toast w/cream cheese
D: going shopping, not sure, will probably keep it low carb
S: tuna or chicken salad

I am tring to stay lc for a week or so and see

daisy I'm going to try and stay under 60-70g carbs from now until Christmas just to take off as much weight as I can between now and then lol:)

L: leftover "primal" chili
D: Fish and veg (whatever I pick up at whole foods)
Keeping it 20-30 grams for the forseeable future.
So far I will be having oven fried talapia, cabbage cooked w/country sausage and baked potato,,,

B: 2 soft boiled eggs, 4 strips bacon
L: huge mixed greens salad with grilled chicken, lots of shredded cheese, avocado, cucumbers, peppers
D: going out to a Middle Eastern restaurant - main course will probably be lamb leg kabob with grilled veggies on the side
S: Blue Diamond mint chocolate almonds, Blue Diamond lime and chili almonds
I have room for more snacks, so we'll see how I feel towards the end of the day.

Coffee with half and half (50)
Omelet (1 egg + 2T egg whites) with a little ham (150)
Broth with silvered Chinese veggies and crushed chilis (50)
A little grilled steak and a huge salad with low-fat dressing (350)
Diet cocoa with a little half and half (50)
Baby bel (80) with a few low-calorie crackers (20)
Hopefully my kitchen scale will arrive this afternoon so my calorie count for the steak is right!

1 packet of lipton cup a soup (45 cal)
1/2 cup of 2% milk cottage cheese (90 cal)
Cucumbers in cottage cheese (10 cal)
Subway Veggie Delite (230 cal)
Sugar free Jello cup w/fat free rediwhip (15 cal)
Total: 490 Calories

a little Idli - Idli - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (stolen from Mum, in exchange for a little Vada) and some Mutton Biryani rice
Oh yes - 2/3rds of a bottle of Pinot Grigio
Counted: 1568 Cals (I used ************ - and then added an extra 10% to be certain)
S: Skinny Flat White (77) and a glass of Moet & Chandon (78)
D: 76gms of Tuna fish (tinned) & 40gms of Baby Toms (87) (wasn't hungry - but prefer to have a little something in the evening - or else I get really hungry on my DD)
Total 2,145/- cals. According to JUDDD website my daily intake (11 1/2 lbs ago should be 2272 cals). As mentioned yesterday, I know I'm going to have to drop soon to take into account my weight loss so far - however as of tomorrow I am travelling for 8 nights and 9 days (5 of which will be DD). I'm prepared to go as low as possible on my DD (but allowing myself up to 700 if necessary - and I'll try to stick to around 2100 cals on my UD.

Starbucks venti cafe Americano with sf peppermint mocha and light cream
Low cal chocolate muffin
quarter cup cottage cheese with quarter cup yogurt and a scoop of protein. I added a teaspoon of psyllium and when I opened the container this afternoon to eat it, it was so dang thick. It was very filling.
Snack bag with a cut up zucchini, celery and cucumber
Dinner was homemade soup
Totals will be about 500 today. Woohoo!
