THIS ^^^ is one of the reasons I don't start eating until I am really hungry on a DD. I tend to not eat breakfast until lunch and then dinner later on and that saves me some calories for snacks in the evening, which BTW is my trouble time, also!!

DD for me and am making this one a good one today!!

B....none
L....Bagel Thin w/FF cream cheese
S....8 crackers w/1 wedge of Laughing Cow lite cheese
D....Chicken Cheese Steak on a wrap with Walden Farms Bacon Ranch dressing.
S...Not sure yet but I have 150 calories left from my 700 to spend for later tonight.

itsmeshelly01 12-07-2011 05:16 PM

DD for me

Quarter cup cottage cheese mixed with quarter cup yogurt and a quarter cup pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, liquid sweetener
packet of sardines and a boiled egg
baggie with cut up zucchini, celery and baby carrots
cup of miso soup
Homemade soup for dinner
7 almonds

600 for the day

julietcc 12-07-2011 05:58 PM

Good DD for me:

B: Coffee with SF vanilla creamer - 65
L: 1 boillon cube, 2 packets of diet swiss miss, 1 calcium chew - 75
D: 1 bag of shirataki noodles, 1 cup of homemade chicken veggie soup and 2 cups of Asian style vegetable with soy sauce all stir fried together - 223

S: Maybe if a carbmaster yogurt if I really need something. It's almost 6 and my stir fry filled me up good! - 60

Total = 423

So I'm no longer a shirataki noodle virgin and I'm so glad I finally tried them! My stir fry was heavenly

avecrain 12-07-2011 07:46 PM

Julie, I lost my shirataki virginity this evening as well!! Same same! I made the yummiest of stir fries with onion, mushroom, and zucchini, pasta sauce, egg whites, and one egg. It was delicious, but I think it would have been so even without the shirataki. I had to order them online and I only got one package to try, so it was mostly a nice treat, but I definitely enjoyed it.

julietcc 12-07-2011 09:32 PM

Yeah I got my one pack from netrition (here) and they've been in my fridge for months! I need to get more.

KeirasMom 12-08-2011 12:24 PM

I haven't started JUDDD yet (thinking about Monday) but I like the shiratake noodles and have found them at my local grocery store as well as Whole Foods and the local Asian market. HTH if you don't want to order. They're pretty inexpensive as well. I think I pay around $2 a package.

I like to make a Pho with broth, shiratake, mushrooms, and a smidge of green onion. Not really sure it's a Pho, but that's what I call it. Any protein you want can be added as well depending on the broth. I haven't added the calories, but should be pretty low.
