It's Tuesday - what are you eating today?
DD for me

B: coffee w/almond milk
D: joseph's l/c pita w/ a veggie burger patty, shredded lettuce, 1-2T homemade tzaki sauce and f/f feta
S: herb-ox broth, shirataki noodles, nori, garlic chili sauce and vinegar (sort of a hot and sour soup w/seaweed)
Snack if needed: suzie's thin cakes w/butter spray and cinnamon dipped in walden farms pancake syrup
Approx 320 cals

I had a cheese danish for breakfast :o However, I got called in to work, so I probably won't be able to eat again until after 2!

Supper is Chicken and dumplings :)

Up day!!!! I am having spinach dip w blue corn tortillas for lunch left over chicken tortilla soup from down day doctored up w some sour cream and cheese. No idea what else

Should be 300-400 calories total, depending on how much of the noodle soup I eat at dinner.

Technically yesterday was my first DD, but I think I ate about 1200 cals - my back is in spasm and I can't do anything, so accepted the food my lovely DH handed to me! It'll probably be the same thing today. I'm taking these as "training days" and won't begin JUDDD "officially" until I actually have some control over what I can cook and eat!

B: 1 c. cinnamon puffins, 1/2 c. 2% milk
L: omelet w/red onion, red pepper, mushrooms on yummy toast mmmm

With a few little snacks, I'm at 775 cals for the day at 1 pm. I wanna make choco chip cookies this afternoon, saving a few calories for that. :) Not sure what I'll make for dinner! Maybe a pasta dish.

S: Cup of tea with skimmed milk (15)
So have had 256 so far today - tonight's dinner will be made up of some shiratake noodles, prawns - maybe some leftover roast chicken, and some peas or beans (if there's any leftover!!) - perhaps some ratatouille - not sure which sort of cuisine I'm after today!!!! Asian, Mexican, Italian - we'll see!!

DD until 5 or 6 p.m. today, and I'm trying to make it a real fast - just having black coffee & tea, but we'll see how it goes. Would be fasting for a total of 18 hours since I last ate/drank anything caloric.

Dinner = Yummy!!!

1/2 a sweet potato - 120 Cals
Some Ratatouille - 50 Cals
Some Prawns - 62 Cals
Hot Dipping Sauce - 11 Cals

Have hit 500 for the first time - but dinner was wonderful -didn't really need the prawns but they were delicious!!!! (and needed eating up - as ran out in a day or 2)

Lasted til 4 p.m. then had a Carbmaster yogurt and a cup of clam chowder. Under 200 calories, but my FD eating will kick in soon anyway.

S: light yogurt, mini reese's PB cup
L: chicken & bean taco soup, ham/turkey/laughing cow cheese on lite oatmeal bread, SF pudding
D: chicken patty w/ garlic sauce, 1/2 red baked potato, cinnamon apples
S: nutella, SF jello

I'm at 1607, but I really feel full. Not sure if I'm going to be able to eat the last 200 or not. :(

B: coffee with SF creamer. multigrain bagel with butter
L: a piece of pumpkin bread, pineapple slices, 2 date rolls, handful of potato chips
D: baked potato covered with chili and cheese, piece of pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

Not too healthy today!

Woof, I got bingey at the end of today. No fun. This is literally the only thing I don't like about house-sitting. Other people's food is so interesting and I start picking at things and wooooo next thing I know I'm not even trying to estimate calories and just adding an estimate of 800 into the day. Blah. Made a word document that I am going to try to look at, breaking the binge (or stopping it hopefully!), taking a time out. Hopefully that'll help the next time I feel out of control.

Lucerne low carb ice cream bar
One serving of recently discovered Gibbles potato chips--fried in lard (!)
