What percentage of calories for DD

What percentage of "normal" (got from the UpDayDownDay site) calories does everyone use for their "DD" calories. The "normal" calories are your UD calories, correct?

Normal is what you eat on your UD, right. I (try to) stick to 500 on my DDs...have since I started at the end of Sept.

There are so many modes listed on that site. How to know which one to follow? I'm sticking to around 400-500 for DD's.

WOE: JUDDD for life, baby!!
Start Date: Feb 2009; RESTART: Nov. 2011 as EX-LCer
My "normal" were pretty high, and my DDs were only 350 per that calculator, so I went to 500 on DDs, because that works pretty well for most people, and I would starve on only 350! I'm currently at 500/1700, which averages out to about 1100 per day, which is suggested as the amount of cals I should have to lose weight. Some people have to "adjust" a bit until they find the correct formula for their body. This thread might help: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ju...lculators.html
