*still* feeling poorly. Was starting to feel better yesterday, but woke up just icky!

Going to try and make Root Vegetable Soup today. Been wanting to make it all week, just haven't felt up to it.

L: probably some soup and going to a 1 year old bday party at 1 so may pick there but will try to stick with veggie tray etc, unless there is something to good to pass up. :hyst:
D: Christmas party :yummy:

It is a long day with lots of activity. My daughter has a gymnastic performance from 9-12 and they are serving pancake breakfast but will have to resist so I can eat at the party tonight, then the 1 year old birthday party and then the Christmas party.

Also got invited to another 1 year old birthday party and my girl scout troop is walking in the cities Christmas parade tonight but my daughter and I will be missing it. Now begins the crazy days of Christmas!!

Trying for a MD. Went to the gym this morning. I love it.

After the gym i had for breakfast 2 eggs scrambled with deli turkey in half a T co, quarter cup cottage cheese, half a grapegruit.
Lunch will be half of my pumpkin sausage soup, the other half for dinner.
ill have a serving of nuts today and probably some yogurt with protein.
Gonna try to be under 900 for the day.

Today is a UD for me and as I am going to an early christmas party you
realy don't want to know all about the 200+ grams of carbs I will eat. Perhaps
it would work even better is I ate a little less on my UD's but so far this is
working fine for me.

Didn't end up getting Chinese for lunch. Had smoked salmon with neufchatel and red onions, which I enjoyed much more than I would have liked the Chinese anyway.

It's an UD - suffice it to say a lot (or perhaps the high cals come from vino - hic!)

B: 2 x Steamed Char Sui Bao
S: Skinny Latte & Pain Au Chocolat
L: Salmon & Caper Fishcake, hollandaise sauce, spinach & Belgian Frites (2 x glasses of Pinot Grigio) and a Flat White Coffee + 2 x chocolate stick things
S: 2 x glasses of Champagne (wetting a baby's head!)
D: Roast Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Stuffing, Veggies (and maybe some wine)

This is above the recommended limit - but I'm not going to worry - my down days are between 300 and 400 most of the time. Although tomorrow will be a difficult DD - going out with friends for 'Sunday Lunch' - so really low B - sensible L and practically 0 for dinner! & No wine!!!

2/3 cups strawberries- 50

green tea/1tsp honey- 15

3pm 10oz Asparagus- 62

"dinner," is unknown. More veggies..string cheese perhaps. But before that I have to face a toddler birthday party..with CAKE:stars:
Maybe I can have a small sliver and still be ok.

But probably best not to, lol.

DD for me. Here is my plan but I often change things!

B: coffee with SF creamer - 65
L: homemade chicken vegetable soup - 115
D: an entire bag of microwave popcorn (ACT 2 94% fat free butter) - 260
S: a wedge of WW white cheddar cheese and a cup of Swiss Miss Diet cocoa - 55

= 495

I'm craving salt today!

Up day today, and I'm taking it "off" of dieting.
B: egg-bacon-English muffin sandwich
L: Doritos, some frozen pizza, couple shrimp egg rolls
D: homemade salsa burgers and baked parmesan zucchini sticks
S: my sweet six year old son begged me to make brownies with him... couldn't resist.

Well im gonna end up about 1040 today. My protein was gonna end up way too low soooooo had a scoop of protein in a half cup of almond milk. It will be ok for a MD I guess. This is my first one. I guess is ok. I was shooting for 900 so I did go over. I am gonna try to do a MD every Saturday I think. I like having Mon, Wed and Fri as DDs and I think it will be a lot easier to do a MD after a DD then before a DD. My DDs are way easier when I eat good the day before. I think we have all just about figured that out.

Brunch: 8 Soy Crisps w/1 Wedge Laughing Cow Lite Garlic & Herb cheese
1 cup Progresso lite southwestern veggie soup
coffee w/2 tbsp half & half
Snack: 1 cup miso soup
Dinner: I dunno yet. Prob a chicken thigh w/some leftover Pictsweet steamers seasoned spring veggies.

D: chile lime chicken burger from TJ's, 10 spears of asparagus (YUMMM i'm housesitting, other people's food is so delicious. I have to start buying asparagus for myself! I just love it so much)

total: 753
i normally aim for 424, but i exercised a lot today (total day burn of 3106)

Dinner turned out to be a veggie-cheese-pretzel ready pac for 150 and a FF hot dog on lite bread w/ lite miracle whip for another 85 or so. Still have about 50 left...not sure if I'll use it or not.
