If its in ur dd calories intake can u have it....should u skip it.....impromptu happy hour with my Dr mcdreamy left me with 3 rum and dietcokes added to my otherwise 420calorie day......I wasn't prepared for the afterwork scene ....who can say no to hour.....did I just screw up.,...should I repeat a dd tomorrow?

1 shot of rum or vodka tends to be 100 calories. So you probably added 300 calories to your day - making it a 720 day. I don't know your calorie alotments for the day but I doubt that is an UD!

I'm 500 DD, 1200 MD & 2000 UD. So if I were you, I'd probably count it as a MD and have a mild UD. I've been doing that and maintaining my weight loss fine. But I'm maintaining and not losing...so you might want to try not to do it too much. Just chalk it up to experience

thanks....i shoulda stopped at 2 but it just tasted sooo good and before i knew i was on my 3rd....i was oops gotta stop now....i still woke up to a loss this morning so i'll take it....but i'm sure it would've been a greater loss without my indulgence....

btw...what if anything do most of my Juddd Buddd's drink on up or down days....just curious....alcohol on lowcarb was unforgiving for me....obviously on an UD calories are exceptable but does anyone find that imbibing stalls them on Juddd!?!

I would still count 700 calories as a DD, just a little higher and then do a regular UD today, especially since you saw a loss. Just make sure you drink plenty of water today because alcohol tends to dehydrate.

i don't really drink on dd's but we drink wine on up days. i went to a party yesterday and had two mojitos (tropical and cherry berry flavors).

I am one of the fortunate few that alcohol calories don't seem to "count", it's like they go right through me without stopping. This has been true on straight low carb and also for JUDDD. I actually think vodka helps me lose weight.

I would just call it a DD and carry on with your UD as normal. I wouldn't recommend this if it was an always thing though!! (not that I think it is!!:-p).

On DD - I have skinny frothy coffees (as a meal really!) and Diet Cokes, tea or water. On UD - I sometimes have wine and champagne - or whatever! Although at the moment (apart from the champagne over the last few days!!) I am trying to reduce my alcohol content!

its not an everyday thing as u said....but a weekend thing yes....happy hours with this guy dont happen often and i think i did ok....i just dont wanna screw this woe up the first week

I only drink alcohol on UDs. I wouldn't waste DD calories on it
