OMG!!! Gluc is awesome!!!

I finally received my gluc today and i had to play with it a little. I made some pudding using 1 cup chocolate almond milk, 1t chocolate extract, sweetener and 1t gluc. Used my hand blender and blended it til thick. Put in the fridge fro about 30 min. OMG it was the bomb!!!! It was so think, like a whipped chocolate mousse. I put some fat free whipped cream on top and had that huge pudding for my lunch. I had it hours ago and it has kept me full forever! I am in love with this stuff and cant wait to play some more. Between having my super low cal pumpkin muffin this morning and the gluc pudding this afternoon i am slightly bloated though! My DD is going to be awesome though. I will end up under 500 calories today just because of the gluc and the muffin being so filling!

okay--you convinced me--I'll get some gluc. I need filling stuff for DDs--who doesn't? I'll have to try the muffin recipe, as well. I've been hearing a lot about that. The only thing I found so far that keeps me fuller than I expected is any low-cal soup (light progresso or those campbell's ones that you just drink that are only 70 cals.)

Lol! I love my gluc. Like I said in another post, using it in the blender makes all the difference! I use a scoop protein powder, then just add milk, and stuff like shelly did, and blend for ages, thick, fluffy creamy and filling pud.....yum!
