Help with calorie numbers?
I would really appreciate some help in determining my numbers. When I put in JUDDD at 30% and my goal weight of 130, I get 504 DD and 1680 normal. On the other two calculators, I get 1563 on one and 1561 on the other, using my goal weight. Here are my stats:
Height: 5'5" Goal weight: 130 Age: 65 Exercise  light exercise 13 days a week  that is conservative as I usually do 30 min. 45 days per week on recumbent bike. Also, I am using the 500 calorie default number for my down days which is why I went with the 30% on JUDDD, but probably could go with 2025%? 
I added the 3 UD calorie example together and then divided by 3 to get an average for you.
The average is 1601. I would use this number to start with and see how things go after a couple of week, giving it time to work. I also think your DD numbers are good and should be kept at the 500 or so that you are thinking of. HTH :hugs:
