D: progresso french onion soup (100cals for the can); 2 suzie's thin cakes w/1wedge laughing cow cheese, tomato slice and lettuce
S: tuna, romaine and walden farms ranch dressing
DD here too
B: Cup of Tea & Boiled Egg
L: Starbucks Cafe Misto (skinny) deciding on size (even the Venti is only 90!!)
S: GG Crackers, Philly FF Cream Cheese, some chargrilled peppers I have discovered in Kissa's Pantry (whole jar = 20!)
D: Thinking it will be Shirataki Noodles, Arrabiata Sauce and maybe some prawns

Gonna try and make this an UD...
So far, I'm planning on having fish ( talapia, breaded, but baked ) 2 slices of whole grain 40 cal bread, broccoli & cauli flower mix.
For desert, I made what i call one of my a "concoction pies" Its basically a box of SF french vanilla pudding prepared w/1 cup soy milk then mixed with melted Stovers SF choc/coconut candy, combined this into a tub of the lite cool-whip, poured into a prepared graham crust and chilled in freezer.
Don't know what the exact calorie count is ( I'm sure the graham crust boosts it up a bit) Anyway, its quite good, and a nice ( some-what) low cal treat :) Also way good w/ SF choc pudding and SF peanut butter cups..
Funny, but even though I can have the real deal treat wise, I prefer not to.. The whole watching my calories is finally becoming ingrained in my mind :clap::clap:
Its a DD for me and i really have no idea. I love DD's when im working cause they are totally planned. Im usually at work today but i have an interview today so i took off.
I know im starting with a lowcal pumpkin muffin. This is beginning to be a staple to start my DD off. They are wonderful.
Lunch will probably be a salad or i may make beebs pumpkin today. Im hoping my gluc comes today, if it does there is no telling what i will make. Maybe some pudding. I know dinner will be salad with a can of geisha baby shrimps.
I'll have to work really ahrd to stay under 600 today but i can do it!!!
DD for me today, and I plan to make it a good one after going slightly overboard on the previous DD and going quite a bit overboard on yesterday's UD due to TOM. :doh:

D: 2 eggs and 4 strips of bacon
S: lots of herbal tea and maybe some broth
Roughly 325 or could go up to 400 depending.

Light all day as we have this spectacular dinner party event this evening.
Down day and I'm hoooongry. I hate down days after a workout day. I'm always so much hungrier.
Tonight is Amy's Veg soup and smoked salmon and chicken livers.
Tonight is our weekly dinner out with friends, and it's Carrabba's!
Looked on their site for nutritional stats for their entrees, etc., but none to be found. So did more searching and found one site that had listings for them!
I'll be having the salmon dish along with a bowl of minestrone and a house salad........
So I have about 300 calories to eat before dinner! :)
Think I'll do some low calorie muffins, and a bit of fruit!

Had a psyllium husk/bran muffin this morning to start the day. These things really keep me "going" and I'm so glad for this! ;)
Then it's off to NYC with my daughter for Korean BBQ in Korea-town (yes, there is a Korea-town in NYC. 2 blocks of all things Korean)! I can't wait and I'll be able to "chat" some with the folks there and test the Korean I've learned so far! ;) Hope I don't embarrass myself!! :doh::o:laugh:
This is my third FD for an UD and I'm starting to like it. I like the freedom of not counting and what is really great is I'm not overeating on these days like I thought I would. As a matter of fact I need to be aware a little more and eat a little more because I tend to eat less than I should. Go figure! :confused::laugh:

I guess today was an UD. But I was naughty and didn't track cals. Maybe a little in my head, lol.

I calculated my calories from breakfast and lunch and I am done for the day!
I am glad I sat down and figured it out... I thought I had some left over for dinner!

L: One can Progresso Light Clam Chowder (a bit higher cal/carb wise than I'd normally like, but that's what happens when you send DH to the store with instructions to get "any 3 Progresso Light Soups") - 200 cals/32 carbs
S: coffee/half n half - 24 cals/.5 carbs
D: huge romaine salad with light dressing and roast beef with horseradish - 206 cals/3 carbs
610 cals/39 net carbs
B: coffee w/ hwc & creamer, bagel w/ cream cheese
L: tomato cup-a-soup made w/ h&h, half sammy made w/ a laughing cow and a slice of wheat bread
D: veggie salad w/ blue cheese, small serving each of lamb stew and pepper steak
Snacks today: warm cider, pretzels w/ nutella, other half sammy from lunch
1938 for the day. DD tomorrow...lots of fluids planned.
