I have been this weight every single day. I started monday at 147, had a DD monday and was down to 145.2 tue and have been there, exactly the same every day. Even after 2 more DD's. Its frustrating but TOM is also here so im hoping for a whoosh when he leaves.
Im hoping to be under 140 by christmas or before, hopefully before.

I normally don't drop weight after up days so I'm reaaaallly hoping this means my body is going to stop doing this weird weight bounce thing.

Avery, that is what happens on JUDDD....weight bounces up and bounces down, like that ball on the stairs. I'm at goal and I expect a weight gain every morning after an UD, as it did through my whole weight loss journey. But it always come right off after a good DD, sticking to my calories and eating lots of veggie, which I tend to do on DDs.

It's just the way JUDDD UDs and DDs "bounce". ;)

Beeb--it's been less of a bounce up and down these past few days, and rather just a bounce, or a SPIKE even, up! I was consistently at 205/204 and losing, then all of a sudden for no reason, i spiked back up to 207 and have held it (or my new 206) for 4 days. Super weird. No change in habits. Good calorie deficits. I'm ready for the scale to make sense again!
