Goal for December is to be out of the 220s.

Started JUDDD on 11/13 at 231.4.

12/1 UD 224.6
12/2 DD 226.6
12/3 UD 226.6
12/4 DD 228.8 GRRR!!!! I'm dealing with constipation right now, so I think that is part of the reason why the scale is moving the wrong way. Another reason is probably that bad choices I am making in food the last few days. Gotta get this moving in the right direction again!

Doesn't it kill you that it can take weeks to lose 4lb, but you can gain it overnight? Just water weight, it will come right off, Shirl.

I'm in maintenance and started doing free days instead of up days on December 2nd. My weight has been surprisingly consistent even though I think I went over my old UD numbers on both free days. Those good DDs really fix things.

3 500 113.6 Down
4 ? 113.2 Free

or two of Homemade Baked Triple Choc Cake

I will try to stick to my 352 DD allowance and see if this will result to greater weight loss. 352 on DD is my 'Induction Phase" count. The book says that I can stick to this longer if I choose too.Let's see. It's a little bit tough!

Allura: you're doing great so far! You might find your DDs easier if you eat up to your calories on your UDs. I notice your UDs are running about 600 or so shy of your goal. Eating up will help you feel less hungry on those DDs, but also will help stimulate your metabolism so that you burn fat faster. You gotta eat.
