It's Thursday, what are you eating today?

DD for me

B: coffee w/almond milk
D: shrimp and pasta sauce with zucchini noodles
S: Beeb's creamy tomato soup, maybe a "grilled cheese" with 35 calorie bread and laughing cow

UD. I got up this morn at 330am I think mostly because I was hungry! Did anyone else go thru this in the beginning?

Also I'm taking coconut oil and coc butter on my UD's to get more Cals. Is this good? Does it matter?

B: coffee hwc coconut oil
2 HB eggs, 2 DD muffins

L : 1/2 boars head salami panino

D: ceasar salad no croutons
S: 2 T coconut butter

Still only 1435 Cals for the day. My ud goal is 1800

Wish I could do coconut oil, I look guiltily at my expensive jar.... Perhaps I'll give it another go, I certainly can't manage it in my coffee.

UD here, started well with a favourit and much missed breakfast. 2 slices of toast and Marmite, one topped with peanut butter, one with grilled cheddar chees. Feel so full and happy.

My lovely SIL is cooking one of his 'signature' pasta dishes tonight. SO lovely when someone else takes over the meal. Will have a big salad too.

I know I will have a soya latte while I am out, (going to have my nails done) and a couple of glasses of bubbly and some olives as neighbours are popping in early evening.

My guess is that that will be more than enough for me.

3rd day of nothing much but soothing chicken broth..

The crud has taken over our household. First my son came home last week sick,
( coughing, congestion, fever, aches, sore throat, yadda, yadda..) after a few days, he got well, then my daughter got it, she's recovering, and as luck would have it,...its now MY turn, except for me, nausea was also thrown in the mix...

I've lost a little over 6lbs since Monday, just from pure not eating...Gonna drink some thera flu and head back to bed...perhaps i will feel well enough to get some solid food in later.. This is not how i wanna lose weight..

Tomatoes are very low calorie. A few slices are just 11 calories (according to My Fitness Pal).

It's my 7th down day and my first attempt at skipping breakfast. I made it to 9:20am.

B: bacon, egg whites
L: V-8 potato soup, T. of bacon bits, t. of sour cream, 1.5 ounces chicken breast
D: iceberg, blue cheese dressing, 4 oz chicken

Will be around 600 calories. I'm just quite not there yet with the 500, surely because I seem to need breakfast.

DD for me. After being bad last night, I need to try to make it a full DD and fast as long as possible into the day.

Right now I'll just have black coffee all morning. When I get hungry, I'll sip a couple cups of hot Imagine No Chicken broth (love this stuff).

I might try something different and later have an apple, sliced and dipped into Laughing Cow mixed with a little peanut butter.

I'm taking a new approach to eating lately. Vegan before dinnertime! Flexitarian if you will.

It feels very cleansing and I'm enjoying it. I think I was having some problems with dairy and I don't even care for eggs that much. But fixing dinner is always the challenge, so I will allow meat/poultry/fish then.

Today is a DD but might turn into a 'mixed day,' since we are going out to eat at our fave chinese buffet.

12pm- 1/2 cup lentils
6 oz cucumber
2/3 cup strawberries

later...Spinach and tomato salad
w/chick peas

My DD does that too! I use to eat mac-n-cheese with potato chips, and my twin would mix it with rice chex. (Potato chips *are* the reason I ended up 100+ pounds overweight).

But ketchup on grilled cheese sounds good...like dipping it in your tomato soup.

DD over here. I've been doing DDs with no eating for most of the day, but decided to switch up and see how that goes for a little while.

S: (post 30DS) 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 c almond milk (100)
L: 1 c. sauerkraut, 1 hebrew national hot dog, 1 wedge laughing cow (102)
D: 2 tsp chicken 'better than bouillon' (in 3 c. water), 2 carrots, 1 onion, 2 stalks celery, 3 tbsp apple cider vin, squirt sriracha, squirt lemon juice (177)

I think this is the longest I've gone on a DD without eating. It was about 3:30 p.m. when I decided I'd better eat because I felt a little headache coming on. I'm sipping a cup of Imagine broth, only 10 calories, but it's so tasty.

I do the same on DD's. Honestly for doing Atkins for so long I sort of had a meat and egg burn out. I still love bacon, but usually stay vegetarian breakfast and lunch and then eat only meat at dinner.

Actually today is an UD and I had oatmeal for breakfast and a grilled sourdough sandwich. my favorite UD meal right now.

Sitting at 955 calories, but I get 2000 and I haven't decided on what to make for dinner, still need to go to the store.

I've been running, which works out fine on a DD.

This morning I had 3 mugs of coffee, each with 2 tbsp half and half, for 118 calories.

About 2:00 I fixed a couple of eggs, over easy, with a spritz of oil spray on a non-stick pan. ****** says that's another 150 calories.

I'll probably do the same for supper, and maybe another couple of eggs later tonight if I want.

So this DD will end up at either 418 calories, or 568 calories. Either one is fine with me.
